Hey everyone!!!
Looking for some support and guidance. I fell of the wagon today. Well, it actually started yesterday, after days of restaurant and social eating because of Valentines and Memorial Weekend. I finally couldn't stand it and had about 3 cups of popcorn (not the healthy kind). I stayed on course for the rest of the day. Then again today, I made dinner and it looked soooo good. I had 2 bowls, then an ice cream. I don't know why, but all of a sudden I'm starving more than usual. This is really upsetting me because the last time I did Cohen's I only lasted two weeks and then it took me three months to muster the strength to go back. Now, I've hit my two weeks and I'm up to my same old habits. It seems like after two weeks, I'm starving. Like I see most people post about how the first few days are the toughest. I'm the opposite, easy start, two weeks in I am soo hungry I could eat a horse. Coincidentally, as I think back to the last time I quit, it was right around that time of the month when I got really hungry. I don't want to go back to my old eating habits. I want to continue doing Cohen's.
I see everyone doing so well, I am so jealous of those who have iron willpower. LOL. If there are any of you who have fallen off the wagon previously and were able to get back on and keep going, any words of wisdom would really help.
