Personal Workout

Hey everyone.

I'm 17, 6'1", and around 160 lbs. I'm content with my body, and I'm somewhat on the skinny side. My body could use some toning, but I decided that I might want to put on a little bit of muscle. I'm not looking to become huge or a bodybuilder, I'm just looking to put on a little muscle and look cut.

I was going to start putting together a workout for myself, but I decided to come here and get suggestions. I'm looking to have a 2 on 1 off program. I'm also looking to focus more on my upperbody.

Any suggestions on a workout plan?

Maybe try an upper/lower or a push/pull split. You don't want to focus only on your upper body though cuz you won't grow nearly as much. plus you don't want to have a muscular upper body and tiny legs. search the forums for splits.
 
Check out the diary forum, you'll find a lot of good workout, and eating programs.

Just make sure you eat a LOTTTT if you want to see results. Make sure you're eating the right foods though.

I also planned just to get a little bit of muscle. But once I started seriously working out, I changed that. Now I do want to be huge. A lot of people change their minds when they start to really work out, and want to make their goals harder, and harder.
