wow, today was a really dissapointing weigh in. i don't understand it, for 3 weeks straight now i've eaten right and exercised right. last week 3 times i weighed in at the same weight, i wasn't thrilled about it but i was glad it remained the same. today for the first time in 3 weeks, i've weighed at a higher weight than the previous day...i felt so sad about it, i just can't understand it, especially when i've been extra good with everything.
days like these are really trying...sometimes it's like one pound can make or break you, just yesterday i was celebrating to be in the 320's and today i'm back at the 330's....i won't let one pound get in the way of my hard work....no way is it setting me back. sorry to rant, just not having the best day
