Bye-bye pudgey wibbles

Wow, 5" heels are sexy! I love heels, I wear them everyday because I am so short. Well, actually, I havn't worn them since I hurt my knee which has been really hard on my jeans because without heels they drag on the ground...TMI?

hehe the heels are only 5" but they're amazingly cute black peep toes, very girly and fun... but hard to walk far in... so its good i wasnt doing much of that!

yeah i love my curves, and when the majority of the fat drops off, im determined to be one hot laydee !

Im feeling really good of late. The number on the scale is now steadily going down, down, down which makes me happy. Im working super hard in the gym and my eating is going well.
I was in the gym earlier, id done 20 mins treadmill, 10 mins stepper, 10 mins bike, 15 mins elliptical...then went to skip. Sweat was literally gushing off me, i felt so gross but so good :)

well off to walk the pooch.

Whistles 5"heels I wish I could wear those but I am such a clutz I would probally break my neck I have a pair of black knee high boots and the heel is about 2-3" and I have trouble in those haha.Anyway your doing such a GR8 job with menue and exersicing keep up the good work,Tammy

Wow u used to wear them everyday..thats crazy. i salute you. When i had an office job in London id strut around in 3.5"heals and id always regret it at the end of the day when i collapsed on my sofa in pain. But i always did it the next day :p i guess i had fun dressing like the whole "office girl" look hehe.

Im really proud of myself of late. Im aiming to hit up the gym 6 days a week for 45mins of cardio. Then im doing resistance stuff on my exercise ball 3 or 4 evenings a week. Think this sounds good? or should i maybe have one day out fo the week to work with weights in the gym?

Just ate some yummy grilled chicken with a teaspoon of bbq sauce, dill flavored peas and corn, and 3 potato slices. Im soooo full it hurts, even though i used to eat more, i guess my stomach is getting used to the diet? Which is good, cause it used to take me alot to really feel FULL.

im nervous about the weekend. But im planning ahead and going to carry food and water with me so i should be ok :)

You're doing good girl!

As far as the resistance i think it all depends on how familiar you are with free weights. Maybe you can add one day a week free weights for a couple of weeks at first so you can become familiar with the basic lifts. Steve is a great person to ask such things too if you want to PM him...he helped me tons.

And i hear ya on the weekend. I love my weekends and I was letting myself slip nearly all 3 days for the month of august but no more. I pick one day on the weekend to booze it up hah (usually means 4-5 glasses of wine or beers :beerchug:) but i still make it a part of my calorie allotment for the day. Yay for weekends!
 
Weekends are hard for me too, especially if I'm dating anybody. Guys seem to eat alot, and often...lol. I hope you have a great weekend, and a good behavior weekend as well. Just remember, if you feel week log on to a website that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Or maybe read something motivational to help you. Maybe plan all your meals in advance. Just some ideas.
 
yeah ill probably try speak to steve about what he thinks would be good.

As for weekends, normally were out about in town shopping and getting stuff done, then we go to my boyfriends parents for afternoon who normally always grill out, then we'll go see friends. Sunday normally involves more stuff about town, the gym and seeing friends again. It just gets tricky when your moving about getting hungry, its so easy to stop somewhere quick and eat on the go.

weekend went... ok. we ate out with boyfriends parents at chill's i was going to opt for guiltless chicken but i tried to budget and got soup and salad instead, tiny bowl of chicken/broccoli soup with half a Caesar salad, i wish i told the guys not to drench it in ddressing :(

Then later came half a tub of low fat sour cream pringles eeeeek . oh well. I got in a good bike ride, and lots of walking. sunday went better and i feel like iv lost weight, but i cant weight in ARRRGG.

I made a DELICIOUS dessert dish at the weekend, im about to go post it in the recipes section. It was low cal strawberry cheesecake bites.. yummmm.

Well i cant update my ticker due the fact i cant weigh in, but im going to take my weekly inch measurements and see if i lost any :D
 
Hope you lost some inches. I love/hate Chilli's. I'm boycotting. their food is just too *f-ing* good. Its a disaster! the same goes for olive garden...lol! Keep me away from both those places.
Heres to another week of behaving ourselves!
 
hehe yeah olive garden is good, i always go for their endless soup/salad... soo yummy. and their bread sticks omg.... YUM !
Haven t eaten there in a while thankfully :p

Its so difficult not weighing in. I really want to know if i lost over the weekend, ah well. I cant cheat either, boyfriend took the scale to work with him hehe.

So i found this recipe on the internet and changed a few things and came out with some DELICIOUS sweet low cal cheesecake bites !

You need :

8oz fat free cream cheese
1/3 cup splenda
approx 4 tbsp's graham cracker crumbs
a box (approx 40) strawberries
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Hollow out the strawberries
2. Mix up cream cheese, splenda and lemon juice in a bowl
3. Add mixture into strawberries, then dip each into graham cracker crumbs
4. Chill for an hour and VOILA !

If my calculations are correct the nutritional content of each strawberry is :

14 calories, 2.1g carbs, <1g fat, <1g sugar

The original recipe called for low-fat cream cheese and sugar, however if you substitute for spenda and fat-free cream cheese they still come out tasting amazing. If you have a big SWEET TOOTH you can also add a few chocolate chips to the mixture which adds about 8 calories per strawberry.

Hope you all enjoy. i sure did, and as did all the people i made them for !

I'm copying that! although, I think I'll just use 8 oz of cream cheese instead of the 80 the recipe calls for...LMAO!

im so freaking mad at myself..

i just found some semi-sweet chocolate, and thought id have a piece or two... of course i didnt stop there... i ate about 400cals worth :( im so mad at myself. i knew what i was doing and couldn't stop. I'm about to go throw EVERYTHING out of mine and the boyfriends cupboards that is bad. Until i find this strong self-control i don't need temptation.

i feel so mad at myself :( what a screw up. Guess ill go walk the dog... TRY burn some of it off... :(

OMG, tomorrow is a NEW DAY. Just remember that a daily deficit is less important then a weekly deficit. You have six more days to make up for todays mis-step.

hehe yeah i know.

i just cant believe i kept eating... i was thinking while eating i SHOULDN'T be doing this, but couldn't stop :( I guess i haven't mastered self control yet.

Just got back from doggies walk, went well only got in 1.5 miles today but ah well. I had a good gym session this morning.

I'm going to start writing in my journal each day exact exercises i do, exact foods eaten. I had been keeping it in a journal, but seeing as i log in here everyday it makes sense to just type it up, and update it.

I'm not starting till tomorrow though now.. after my BAD BAD BAD slip up

I'm not going to slip up again then for sure !! *scared* But yeh, i felt so bad after i did i don't want to feel like that again soon.
We couldnt get to the gym this morning which kind of gives me a kick-start so i feel all bleeuuurggghhh and lazy.

I may do some laundry, watch some tv and relax a bit. I need to get some energy and burn some cals !!!
