hello hello

thanks for dropping by my diary, id like to try keep up with a few more people's also but it gets so confusing hehe.
I feel ALOT better today. Had a great workout today too. I managed to ru at a speed of 4.8 and incline of 4.0 for 15 minutes without stopping. thats a feat for me, cause i used to be able to do about 5 and then id have to stop take a puff of my inhaler because i couldn't breathe. So my workout in the gym consisted of
15 mins running treadmill, 10 mins walking treadmill at 8.0 incline
10 mins exercise bike at avg. of 82rm
5 mins stepper doing a level 6 fat burn program
5 mins skipping
15 mins resistance/weights stuff
a short ish day , but i feel awesome. Then when i got home i cleaned the whole kitchen (living with 3 guys, thats a crazy job)!!, swept, mopped, washed dishes and re-organized dining room set-up hehe.
So far all ive eaten is a protein bar, think i may make a tuna sandwich in a bit. I probably wont eat too much today , don't want to risk throwing it back up while im still getting better.
