make that 850 cals worth....i mis calculated... omg... i hate myself right now
Girl, don't worry about it. You do so well on the rest of your diet. Actually, based on what I've seen, I'm not sure you're eating enough. Strong cravings can indicate deficiencies in your diet. I know it's really hard to find a happy medium between the calories you used to eat and the calories you need to eat to maintain your future weight. Are you taking a multivitamin? Throwing stuff out isn't a bad idea if you feel you need to.
Also remember that your BMR is rising, so you're burning more calories at rest than you did when you were sedentary.
When I have a major sweet tooth I drizzle a serving of chocolate syrup (you can substitute lite syrup if you want) over a banana and eat it with a fork. It's not nearly as bad as eating a candy bar or whatever. And because I eat it with a fork I feel like its more of a treat like anything you would need a utensil for would be (cake, ice cream, etc.).
Yeah i was worried im not eating enough, im eating regularly but often the cals from each meal arent that much, and my daily total will end up around 1250. No im not talking a multi-vitamin currently, i think i might start though. what would u reccomend?
whats my BMR? im not good with terms
oo i like your banana idea, ive never bought syrup before, didnt even know it came in lite... ill be checking that out in teh store next time i go !
Your full of good ideas hehe
1220 may be too low for you. It's easier to stay on track if you allow yourself to eat a little. Try 1400-1500 calories and see how you feel. Also try to eat every 2-3 hours a small meal or snack. This will keep you full throughout the day and keep you from being tempted as much. It also keeps your metabolism going.
And take a multi-vitamin!!! This will help keep your energy up!
wow, thats alot of fat, 33%! I get a multi vit from my doc, can't remember the name of it. I also like Self and fitness magazine, they have great meal plans that you can tweak and excercises that use minimal equipment.
