Bye-bye pudgey wibbles

I like the egg rolls, they are my favorite part...lol! Put me in a room with a plate full of eggrolls and theres trouble.

haha yeah egg rolls are good.

I used to love them dipped in sweet and sour sauce, but i avoided that today, i know its like the devil in calorie form !

ya see i loooove tomatoes. But only the outer layer, i always spoon out the yukky runny seedy middle bit lol.

Im a realllllllly fussy eater :p

I never thought of spooning out the yuck (thats what we call it...lol) tastes like rotten pumpkin smells to me. although, I did have tamaters in my salad today, but when they have balsamic, ff cottage cheese and pepper on them I can't really taste them.

Tomato innards are too slimy for me. I can eat sliced tomato and chopped tomato but not the cherry tomatos...ick they just burst in your mouth with tomato slime.

Hey girly,

dropping in and reading your diary. It's great seeing AmyRB (that's mah girl!) giving advice. It's funny, because 33% of fat may seem like a lot, but when you're really watching your food and trying to eat healthy, it's a bit difficult to reach... well I know that from experience at least. haha Wishing you a great day, girl... oh and by the way, if you only ate 2 strips of bacon for breakfast, you're gonna be in BIG TROUBLE, missy! Grrrrr! :flame: HA! Have a great Friday, doll.

but the serving size on the packet is 2 slices, so i thought that would acceptable as a breakfast. seeing as i wasn't very hungry and ant eat much before the gym or else i throw up :( i have no idea if im eating right :S

ARGGG why oh why do flights have to be so expensive

I'm getting ready to book mine and the bfs flights back home to england at xmas but they are sooo expensive. Cheapest i can find is $850 a ticket inc. taxes. OUCH !
I'm excited though its going to be the first time my hunky American man gets to meet my family and see what the place im from is like :)
Just thought id rant though, it annoys me how expensive it is. I thought it found an awesome deal. $686 .. i was like YEAHHHH, then taxes made it like $900... what the douche? its nuts... i have to pay taxes on everything even animal handling when i don't have any animals to bring... gayyyy

Wow, roundtrip to the continental US from where I am is over $1500, I know your pain. I can't even leave my island home without dropping a grand. Hope you have a great weekend and keep up the good work. Two strips of bacon is more then I ate this am, so at least you are trying!

I'll be blunt with you in saying 2 strips of bacon isn't breakfast at all, honey. Yah... it may be a serving size, but a balanced breakfast consist of protein, carbs, and fats. (fiber, veggies, fruits, lean meats, etc) For the most part, I'm sure you already know all of this. Also... if you're working out at the gym, carbs will help you to have the energy to push through your workouts. I can't emphasize how important breakfast is. Well doll... dropping in to wish you a great weekend. Sorry to hear about the airline tickets... have you tried Expedia, Orbitz, Cheap Tickets, and Travelocity?

yeah i know i should be getting all 3 in each meal, but the boyfriend was cooking baco and 2 strips were left so i ate them before rushing out the door.

hope u have a good wkend too girlie !

Hey Chica! MGB is right, two slices of bacon is not healthy. I am constantly busy so I boil eggs the night before and have eggs and 20-grain toast for breakfast with a cup of coffee. I tend to stay away from the fruit because it send my blood sugar up, but you should be able to have it with breakfast. This kind of breakfast is loaded with energy to help you get through the day. You should really do research on this. It will make it much easier for you to stay on track.

How did you meet your husband?

i know i need to balance each meal, but if you running out the door, have no time, nothing prepared, 2 slices is better than an empty stomach yeh?

I normally eat balances breakfasts , its just sometimes i get up late and am very rushed to get to the gym so its hard.

Well were not married. Were just dating, have been together nearly 2 years. Well i was working in London, and was working for part of a company we dealt with in America. we got chatting over phone, net then met up ! it was all very spontaneous and crazy.

Well only 1.3lbs lost last week.

Im disappointed in myself, but i must admit it was a bit of a yo-yo week, i went out a few times with friends and couldn't plan ahead meals to take. Also the weekend we went to eat at olive garden and a Japanese place. Excuses excuses i know, but i tried to stay on track.

This weeks challenge may be tough, but i bought some flavored water sachets to try so i wont be tempted to drink soda.

fingers crossed for a bigger loss this week.

That's great. I met my husband in a very spontaneous and crazy way too. Now we're married, have a beautiful baby girl and an extremely happy marriage.

As for your meals, I have one word for you that I am going to repeat over and over. PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!PLAN!

You have to plan your meals out to keep them balanced and healthy. I fix breakfast and pack lunches every night before bed so I just have to make toast. Everything else I just grab and run out the door. I leave my house at 6:40am every morning and don't get home until 6:15pm every night. I work long hours plus have a family to take care of so I have tons of practice with planned meals. It's a big lifestyle change so it'll take awhile to get used to it. I have done this for years so it's normal for me. Look at MGB's diary and take note of her meals. Excellent example.

Good luck!
