heres a few answers to your questions :p

1. im not taking a supplement currently but bf is taking me shopping at weekend and im going to invest in a multi-vitamin
2. Im not purposely limiting dairy, but i really do hate milk and most dairy. So i have to disguise it in shakes, oatmeal etc in order to drink it
3. Yeah i know im probably better with fruit i just like having a fruity drink in the mornings, i may try making a fruity shake, would that work better?
4. Yeah i can try getting more whole-grains, im going to try eat some more brown rice, wheat breads etc. maybe some wheat garlic bread. yummm
5. i really don't like cooking. if something doesn't turn out perfect i get super upset :p I also lack inspiration and often find myself eating the same old thing multiple times a week. I have tried cook-books but always find were short 1 or 2 ingredients and i cant get to a store in the day. Im really trying to create some new dishes but i have trouble thinking them up, so sometimes frozen meals just seem easier when im having a brain freeze.

zombie planning is going well. Ive had some sweet ideas, i cant wait to start shopping or all the stuff :D
 
It's sounds like it is going to be a lovely trip! We used to go back and forth once or twice a year when we were students but have not been back in two years! it's looks like we'll be back around next spring or fall to live permanently so I need to lose the weight by then!

Good to see you are doing well with exercise and doin some plannin on the food end. It's definitely hard to do and stick with at first but you'll get the hand of it! :)

Yeah it is tough rita, i can plan so well in theory but then when th day comes around my food never matches my plan :(

Looks like you're kicking butt with the exercise. Do you do any weight training? And I saw that your calories for today were quite low. Is this what you normally eat? Or is that unusual. Just asking b/c low cal diets are my pet peeve du jour...lol. :D

I try some weights at the gym but i don't really know what im doing and cant afford a trainer right now. My calories normally average 1200 currently, im trying SO hard to get them up because id like them to be about 1500. I just have trouble in reaching that number. Im planning a menu kind of thing that i can choose meals from and making sure each meal has good cals and carbs/fats/prot. I'll let you know how that goes

I really am trying to up my calories i know i need to i just always think im eating enough then when i add it up, it comes up short :(
 
Hey there Fayen you see have a lot under control so far, Your diet and work plan leaves me envious.

Curious as to what a tomato muffin is, doesn't seem logical to make a regular muffin with tomato.

Not sure what to tell you about how to get your calories up But I wish you best in finding the right forumla,

what i meant was i hard a turkey and tomato muffin. I took a 100 cal wheat muffin and put inside sliced turkey and tomato pieces hehe.

I just am awful an punctuation hehe.

Have you read all of the stickied threads? They give you a better idea on nutrition tips and whatnot. Personally speaking, I try to add things into my meals so that I can reach my calorie allottment. (using regular peanut butter, none of that low fat shit. - these are good fats and protein... drinking a few glasses of low fat milk.... etc)

yeah im going to try hard today to add things in

lol im always up at 1am. the boyfriend has been doing overtime this week so is finishing work at 1am, and then gets home at 2am.... so after chilling together we hit the bed at 3am haha.

Crazy schedules :(
 
Wow, that is a crazy schedule. But, and heres another lecture...lol. I've read several places, including here somewhere, that if your not giving your body 8 hours of sleep you slow down your metabolism. Something to do with saving energy...I'll go try and find a link somewhere. Of course, you may go the bed at 3 am and get 8 hours, I have no idea what time you wake up...lol!
 
we get up about 10:30 ish, but its normally nearer to 11 hehe.

Most nights i get 8 hours sleep, some nights its only 7.5 but its never under that.
 
Oh good, because I'm all about the sleep. Don't let me hear about you not getting enough, or I'll bust out with a pillow and make you lay down and take a nap!

i love naps. i jsut find it hard to lay down and take them, cause as soon as i do i get hyper and fidgety lol
