Bye-bye pudgey wibbles

Hey Faye :). Sometimes it helps to post about being bad here too, sometimes it helps get you back on track (but sometimes not, I've certainly had my share of bad weeks). All in all, you managed to maintain your weight and that's great. So you're a week behind your goal schedule, no biggie!
 
yeah. I dont think i'll hit 195 by Halloween anymore but ill be happy with myself if i can just get into onderland so if the scale reads 199 i'll be happy :)

I know how you feel. I knew the feeling of when you first start losing weight wouldn't last long but I guess I didn't expect it to slow down till way after. Maybe if we start rewarding ourselves after 5 or 10 pounds loss with a day at the spa or something like that it would be more exciting. I know the pounds lost should be enough but I think maybe rewarding yourself for your efforts will make it all the more real. Ya know? :)

Ive been gone for so long it seems. i have no idea what going on with everyone im sorry ive kind of dissapeared.

Ive been so busy with school lately doing about 7 hours of coursework a day. I havent lost any weight really either lately, im kind of fluctuating between 210 and 206... normally around 207.

Im trying to write down a plan to stick to that will enable me to get back in the zone.

I hope everyone si doing awesome... have missed all u guys these past few weeks !
 
Girl, where are you? How is everything going? Go get a fitness magazine like Women's Health. They always help me get back into the zone. Hope all is well!!
