heres a few answers to your questions
1. im not taking a supplement currently but bf is taking me shopping at weekend and im going to invest in a multi-vitamin
2. Im not purposely limiting dairy, but i really do hate milk and most dairy. So i have to disguise it in shakes, oatmeal etc in order to drink it
3. Yeah i know im probably better with fruit i just like having a fruity drink in the mornings, i may try making a fruity shake, would that work better?
4. Yeah i can try getting more whole-grains, im going to try eat some more brown rice, wheat breads etc. maybe some wheat garlic bread. yummm
5. i really don't like cooking. if something doesn't turn out perfect i get super upset
I also lack inspiration and often find myself eating the same old thing multiple times a week. I have tried cook-books but always find were short 1 or 2 ingredients and i cant get to a store in the day. Im really trying to create some new dishes but i have trouble thinking them up, so sometimes frozen meals just seem easier when im having a brain freeze.
