(Sort of loosely aiming for
6 cups of food daily that way I know approximately what I ate if I do gain any- the book I have says 6 cups is 1620 cals.)
 
Very much depends on the kind of food you're having. One cup of peanut butter would be around 1500 calories :D But it may be true for a varied diet with some amount of veggies.
Yes very true. I'm hoping to throw in some cups of veggies to balance out the higher calorie cups.

Called the dr about the new meds causing the ravenousness. We are going to try something with the other med. I'm on so I guess now I wait and see if I have it covered in my drug insurance plan. I still take the hunger one but maybe changing the other one will help.

If not idk what will happen.
I won't know until tomorrow probably once my pharmacy gets the script from him and checks then tells me.
 
Been too embarrassed by my food so out of control to post it all.
I will do my weight on Monday as planned anyway.
