Jan. 25, 2011 I didn't count points just enjoyed the day.

Coffee, water, ones, Peanut butter/swirl of syrup with an apple; home made chicken fingers and mac./cheese: 3 pc of candy, Ramen noodles/veggies I did leave out the spice pack and used my own spice and no salt, 1 banana. Today I am back counting points and trying to lose 5 more pounds.

We have about an inch of snow so far today and the snow is still coming down.

2 coffees, 64 0z water

B...1 banana, Peanut butter/honey sandwich, 1 pack fiber wafer (cinn./apple), fish oil; meatloaf, potatoes, corn/peas, 2 slices bread, 1 cup b-berries; 2 cups popcorn.

3 miles with L. Sansone walk at home DVD, 200 crunches with ab roller.

No coffee, 1 breakfast tea, 1/2 apple, fish oil, oats... 6 points. 1/4 cup blue berries, 1tsp of peanut butter, 1 cup of kale, 1 turnip, 1 apple ...5 points. Salisbury steak, 1/2 mash potatoes, 1cup Brussel sprouts, 3/4 tsp spoon peanut Butter....11 points
1 tea.....80oz water, 1banana...2 points over.

Walked 4 miles with L. Sansone walk at home DVD, and quest exercises.

1.5 points left over........1364 calories :hurray:

Quest exercises + 20 exercises that I made up. I weight myself and I went back up to 150.8. It must be water weight or my thyroid going crazy on me, lol. Should have a great lost, but don't.

Thanks for the message, I'm really trying to get on wlf a bit more, but its been a crazy busy time for me. How's it all going for you? I'm going to try and read through a few diaries later this week :)

We move on the weekend YAY I'm getting pretty excited now. Anyway I expect to be online a bit more after the move.

I top glad you stopped by. The walk starts tomorrow, I can't wait! Will walking inside with my DVD count when there is ice outside? I will be sure to use my pedometer. Today we had ice on the steps and on the drive way. My Dh stepped out side and fell to the drive way. He is sore all over, but he said he was ok. I won't give up! I have lost most of the weight and I will just have to be patent about losing the rest. I just need a change of pace! I am making more bean salad tomorrow.:drool5:

Hey AnnaB, I am glad you are finally getting to move on you farm! I will be glad to see you back in here. My weight goes up and down a few ounces. I tried to count calories and change my food around, but it didn't work. So I am going to just continue with WW's points. Hey, Top started a walk club challenge. Tomorrow is the first day, why don't you join in on the walk? You can take time out and walk around your new land! Do you have a pedometer? Use it if you decide to walk. Then you can go to the "walk club-weight loss forum" and post how far you have walked. You count the actual distance you walk.:D

Walked one mile with DVD...used the pedometer..did the quest exercise too.

of course it will count! i have the same problem. we have snow and ice all day and heavy freezing rain tomorrow. so i dunno what im going to do... walk around my basement in circles i guess hahaha not even a joke.
 
Walking starts today!!! I have a feeling you're going to do fantastic!!!

I don't know if I'm going to get out today :( I have a zumba class! I wonder if I word a pedometer, if that would could too!!

Hi Top and Tik, I was able to get out and walk this morning, but haven't post my miles yet. Not sure what they are, but pretty sure. My pedometer is not working, but we measured while in my van, for the quest. One way was 1.8 miles, so back home would be 3.6 miles. I went that far and more! I did have a little loss for the Heroic mode 90 day challenge. I just got mixed up with trying to keep up with all the other challenges, lol. Tik if you wore a pedometer while you are at Zumba class it would count your steps!!

Well I am going back to page one of my "Diary" my measurements all ways tell the truth. This is how I can tell if my hard work as paid off. I dread it, but the first of the month is here. Its time to tell the truth!! :seeya:

And goodluck with the measurements! You're working hard, and sticking to a great diet and exercise routine! Regardless of the inches and pounds lost- you're doing an AMAZING job and should be so proud of your beautiful self!! *hugs*

Tik and Top, sorry I made a mistake on the amount of miles I walked. It was 1.1 miles one way and coming back was 2.2 miles. When I did the walk for the quest I would come back home and walk 2 miles with the DVD. When I found out I was mistaken I planned to come home and walk 2 miles with the DVD. But my Dh and I stayed out a little longer then I thought we would and after supper we played cards. I bought a new pedometer I will use it to morrow. Top we are to get some snow tomorrow too, right now it is raining. I planted some Ghost Pepper seeds today, I sure hope they will grow. My son grew some last year, but only one lived and I saved the seed from the one plant.:seeya:
