I just wanted to snack all day! I think I will fix a salad with vinegar and a little oil. My Dh and Ds picked up my favorite pizza from Dock's. It smells so good! Good thing we can't gain weight my smelling food.

1 bagel with low fat cream cheese, 1 piece of low sodium bacon...5 points
1 banana, bean salad, 1 turkey/cheese on whole wheat honey bread....8 points
sweet and salty nut bar, one apple, peanut butter on toast, and bread and cream cheese......9 points......Total 22 points.
Walked two miles and quest exercise.
Gluteat (Buttocks) & Outer Thigh & Inner Thigh (Groin) exercise with band
Posterior leg and arm raises on hands and knees..without the BOSU
