I just wanted to snack all day! I think I will fix a salad with vinegar and a little oil. My Dh and Ds picked up my favorite pizza from Dock's. It smells so good! Good thing we can't gain weight my smelling food.:willy_nilly:

1 bagel with low fat cream cheese, 1 piece of low sodium bacon...5 points
1 banana, bean salad, 1 turkey/cheese on whole wheat honey bread....8 points
sweet and salty nut bar, one apple, peanut butter on toast, and bread and cream cheese......9 points......Total 22 points.

Walked two miles and quest exercise.

Gluteat (Buttocks) & Outer Thigh & Inner Thigh (Groin) exercise with band
Posterior leg and arm raises on hands and knees..without the BOSU

I love seeing that you stopped by. I read some of your messages in your diary last night. You are a very bubbly person! Stay Happy, Happy Girl, and your life will always be full of joy.

I miss Tob dropping in, I hope he is ok. I read some of his messages too last night. He sound a little down, but his dinner out with in-laws will be fine.

I had a lettuce, tomato, and cauliflower salad with vingar/oil while watching American Idol. Wow That Steven Tyler has a mouth on him, he's been getting in trouble for it, lol. He dances like i do (60's dance), heee I love it!!

Walked two miles this morning, and thinking about walking two miles out side too. Depends on my mood.......Right now i am setting at the computer talking to myself writing in my diary, getting lazy by the minute, wanting more food to stuff in my mouth. "NOT".....just had my two slices of Sara Lee Whole Wheat with honey and cream cheese.... Lazy Day! I need to do some house work....but don't wanta......Too bad Mr Love is not around, he is a good house keeper!! I guess I will have to do the cleaning for my self....

Well why him I still sitting here....GET UP......GET UP.......getup getup getup!!!!!

Jill this season of American Idol is much better then all the rest so far! It comes on Wednesdays and Thursdays this year. They had a lot of bad contestants last night on the show. But I just don't like a lot of that nonsense, a little is fun, but a lot is too much! But I can't hardly wait for them to get started with the show. They have found a lot of good singers this season. Very relaxing for me to keep up with the talent, it gives me something to look forward to during the winter months. I loved Paula and Simon Cowell and thought once not watching the show anymore. But my son and I always watch the show together and he is a Steven Tyler fan. I never thought I would say this, but the Judges are much better this year and I think the show will be Too. I Love the show!

I try to stay positive for me and have always pushed myself to be healthy! You and Top can too! We all can!

2 slices of Sara Lee ww bread with strawberry cream Cheese, Lg apple...4 points.
1/2 Chicken breast pieces, 1/2 cup of baked veggies, 1cup bean salad.....3 points
Snack: 1 sweet & salted bar, 1 cup of bean salad....2 points......(2points left over)

This morning ...Quest exercises with toning bands, plan to go for a walk.

Well I have been wanting to eat every few minutes the last few days and it seems to be working for me. The scales are moving a little anyways:D I just don't want anything heavy.

NV Trail mix fruit bar, 1/2 an apple.......4 points
2 ww with honey with s/cream cheese......2 points
1/2 sl of Bologna & 1 sl of cheese sandwich loaded with veggies
4 points....(3 points left) May have an orange later...2 points

I had 1 slice of low fat bacon and 1/2 sl bologna...my one serving of pork this week.

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. Glad to see your keeping up with the walking. I have always liked walking and hiking. I've read some of your diary and you seem to stay pretty focused. I don't have a diary, just too lazy to start one. Anyway keep up the good work

Thanks for coming by, you are always welcome!

This is the first time in several years that I am able to walk this good. It is surprising to me. I hope I can continue to walk this good! If I can continue to walk the way I have been walking it will be easy to keep my weight down. Since 2005 I have been losing control of my legs and feet at times, usually around August and September. The upgrade that I have been walking the last couple of weeks. I haven't been able to walk up without scooting my leg and foot up the hill or would have to walk with a cane. This is the first year that I have had no trouble at all since 2005.

I need to start a new diary or clean this one up, not sure which would be better. Stop in anytime :seeya:
 
Hey Anna,

Good to see you are still going strong. Our new place is excellent. Still unpacking, but can't help myself and go out and garden instead of emptying boxes...I'll get there eventually.

Hopefully we'll be back online next week so I can get here more often.

Must be nice to be able to work in the garden. Most that raise a garden here gets to plant their peas in February. But won't get to plant onions and lettuces until March. We will probably get another snow before March comes. Sure glad to see you on the forum again. I have missed you.

Have you explored all the land yet? eeeeee

I will be gone for a few days and I won't have access to a computer. I will be back about Wednesday. I will be leaving to go to may sisters house for a few days.

But I won't be going after all. My younger sister decided to take off work and go to the doctor with our other sister. She lives in the same town as the other sister and they both live by themselves. Made it easy for me since I have a family to take care of.

I was able to get out today and enjoy the warm weather we are having. It felt like a spring day and I enjoyed my walk. I am glad you stopped by. I will be able to post my weight tomorrow. But I don't think I will have a lost this time.:seeya:

Also sorry to hear about your sister. Your doing so good with your walking. I hope you have a lot of good days for walking outside. It's nice here right now but in a few months it will be too hot to walk here. Thats when I will really use the treadmill a lot.

Also sorry to hear about your sister. Your doing so good with your walking. I hope you have a lot of good days for walking outside. It's nice here right now but in a few months it will be too hot to walk here. Thats when I will really use the treadmill a lot.

Hi Biglyn glad you stop by. It gets hot here too! Usually June-August is really hot. Those months I will walk early in the morning or late in the even. I may start going to the gym too. But I will start going to the pool in June. I hope what ever was happening to me is gone too, but it has fooled me every year for the last 5 years. But this is the best I have walked in a long time and my energy level is up too. But if it gets the best of me I will just get me a scooter and run around, heeeee.
