Sorry about that sad news. I hope you sleep better tonight...it'll help you feel better :)

I haven't been on here for a few days, just got really busy, I've been trying to do extra exercise which always seems to take up alot of time. We've finally got eveything sorted for buying the new property, just re-negotiating the settlement (move in) day as the people moving need an extra bit of time. It's very exciting (and a bit nerve racking as well.)

It looks like you are really doing well with that points system :)

Hey Gorodetsky glad you dropped in, I am doing good!

Brett just seemed like one of the family to me and he was a very good boy when I knew him!! I just don't understand what when wrong with him. I talked to one of my sisters today who works at the school in the town where Brett lived. She said Brett did OD on drugs. Very Sad!!
 
Hey Anna, just wanted to say you seem very motivated and it's really inspiring! Keeping track of everything you eat n all, I'm not very good at that D; The points thing is really cool too, helps you keep on track and adds...jazz? :p You've made good progress so far it seems, keep it up! :D

Hurray! I am excited for you! When you get the papers signed you can start packing. You will need that time as well as the other people moving out! Yes it can be a bit nerve racking. We started to have a DW put in last year and the place we were going to buy it from had our whole back yard messed up. They even messed our septic system up. We had put $5000 down and they backed out of the deal and didn't want to give our money back. They wanted more money and we said no deal. We had a hard time getting our money back, and getting our back yard looking haft way decent again.

I am just going to take it easy today. I am trying to crochet a blanket for my nephew and his wife's baby, they are having a baby girl. lol.

L.......Ramen Noodles (I didn't use the seasoning pack this time, too much sodium 720mg), I used veg. season and no salt 95mg sodium. It was GOOD! Just had 1/2 a pack with veggies (5 points).

Snack...2 slices deer jerky 1 points

S....Banquet turkey 2 slices with gravy on 2 35cal 2 points, veggie salad w-dressing 4 points, 1/2 potato (fried brown in 1tbs oil/spices no salt and then baked in the oven) 3 points, 1/4 cup of can grapefruit slices .5 points

About 2.5 points over

20 minute incline walk uphill where I live, if it isn't snowing.

2 coffees and 20oz water

B.....3/4 cup of Special K cereal 3 points,

Snack....4 ones ....1 point

L......1 pc tilapia (FISH) 4 points, salad/dressing 4 points


Snack.....1 banana 2 points

1 20oz water

12 points left ...I am not really hungry, I may just have Progress soup later or potato soup or may just drink a boost.

I had 2 cups of coffee & 28oz of water in the even and I ended up eating 2 french toast and fruit for supper. And my DH went with me on another 30 minute incline walk (up hill). It was hard for me to walk up hill the second 30 minutes. But I did it!! I slept good last night. But I believe that I get a better workout using the L. Sansone walk at home DVD.

Hey anyone watch "American Idol" it starts tonight on Fox 11 at 8:00pm to 10:00 ES Time. I love to watch this talent show and watch it every season!!:seeya:
 
Breakfast: 1 Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, Yum! (11 points): fish oil (1 point). 1cup kale and 1 turnip slice o points: 1 chicken breast (3 points), 1 cup spaghetti/sauce (4.5 points), 1 cup stir fry veggies in a little butter 0 points, and 1/2 cup b-berries (.5 points).

600 crunches last night on ab roller.

Walked two miles with L. Sansone walk at home DVD

I went for another incline walk (uphill) 40 minutes (2miles). My little dog went all the way with me this morning. My good neighbors had their dogs behind the fence this time, so nice. Made three times I went for an incline walk this week. We are suppose to get more snow, 3-6 inches! If so I won't get to walk out side for a while.

Fish today I made tuna salad sandwich (with mustard, pickle radish, & Jalapeno peppers). 1/4 cup tuna (1 point), bread (1Point).

B.....Peanut butter, banana, & honey sandwich (6.5 points); fish oil (1point); L...none; S... Bushes grill & beans 1/4 cup (1 point), coleslaw 1/4 cup (1.5 points), 1/4 cottage cheese (1.5 points), 1 cup fruit (cantaloupe, watermelon, & honeydew) 1 point, 2 PC of chicken nuggets, buffalo style (6 points)...1 tsp of peanut butter 1.3 points.
 
Go Anna! :hurray: The snow sucks hard. It snowed and sleeted the last two weeks I was in NC. Couldnt do a damn thing but some weak calisthenics. Its all good, though youve done enough to complete that portion of the quest.

Thanks Tony, we have about an inch of snow. It stopped snowing for a while, but is coming down good again. I still have sea food to eat one more time..yuk yuk yuk! :puke: The rest of the quest I have no problem with.

For breakfast today 2 cups of coffee, 2 egg burrito (8 points), and 1 banana (2 points). Roast today with vegetables, I have it cooking in my slow cooker. I will have one point left after supper. May have a salad for lunch, but I don't get hungry at lunch.:)
 
great work, 40 minutes is a good length for exercise :)

I used to walk father then that when we first moved upon this hill. Coming back down to get home is harder then going up! Yea 40 minutes is a good length, but in my younger days I could do about 4 miles in that length of time. My DH said, yes! But that was "all up hill and you are twice as old now". Huh, don't be surprised if His Roast is full of salt. :toetap05: :gnorsi:
 
Weather alert from my sister...

I just got off the phone with friend living in North Dakota near
the Canadian border. He said that since early this morning the
snow has been nearly waist high and is still falling. The
temperature is dropping way below zero and the north wind is
increasing to near gale force. His wife has done nothing but look
through the kitchen window and just stare. He says that if it gets
much worse, he may have to let her in.

Don't you just love it.....???????? :rotflmao:

If you are visiting my diary and working on this weeks quest for Heroic 90 mode challenge, here is a recipe for tuna salad; For those who do like seafood.

2-2 1/2 cups of vegetables: Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and green onion. One can of light tuna in water (drain the water off the tuna). You don't need any oil unless you just desire it, I didn't use any. 1 tbsp of McCormick Perfect pinch Vegetable natural flavors (no MSG). I just sprinkled the amount I wanted. Add 2 Tbsp of vinegar; I put 3 tbsp but it was a little too much, but good. Mix all up together. Enjoy!!!!:)

60water, 2 coffees; Peanut butter &banana sandwich, 1 piece toast/honey, 2 ones...6 points; No lunch 1 slice cheese, lettuce tomato and onion salad/dressing....3 points 4 dressing; Supper:...pig out on pizza, later had 1cup dry cereal and 1 cup cherries.....shot my points.

But to day is another day....weight today 150.4 yesterday 150.6 lol.
