What a slacker...
Ok, WTF right? Weekends screw me up. I stay up late, don't eat right and usually don't get to the gym. Ouch...
Anyway, went to the gym tonight, ran 6.4 miles making my total for the month 39.43 miles. That's 40 miles halfway thru the month. That means 60 miles in 16 days. To make this I need 3.75 miles per day for the rest of the month. Should be easy, but with a trip to New Jersey, a Halloween party, a visitor from out of town, I can easily see me not making my goal. What a slacker...
Well, if I don't want to feel like a loser for not accomplishing this goal, I have to just pony up and do it. No excuses,,,oh except for poker on Wednesday and a work event on Thursday...Man, I need to see what I am made of and find a way to make this goal even if it means like a few 10 mile runs...That's a good goal..maybe a 10 mile run this week? Should only be like 1hour and 40 mins at a 6.0 mile pace...shit...can I do that?
