Phoebe - it is good to see that you are back on track now that you have recovered from illness.

Angel - post what you can - it may encourage you back into that 10k 3 times a week resolution you made. You were doing so well for a while.

Thanks, Margaret! I find I'm much more motivated to get out and do some heart-rate raising walking during the day to avoid having to pace the kitchen at night.

Looks like you had an active yesterday!
 
The pedometer certainly does challenge people to get those steps done.

I kept wearing my pedometer during my keep fit class on Monday. The aerobics section can always be counted on to add some extra steps. Today's yoga involves a lot less steps.
 
Tues 1/8 9,856.

I lost track of time, so didn't get my extra steps in before midnight. But I did before I went to bed. :)
 
Phoebe - I am sure that your body does not have a Cinderella complex whereby when the clock strikes midnight everything changes. Mentally reassure yourself that you got your 10K steps in for the day.
 
Oh, I know. That's why I got my steps in before bed, even though the pedometer wouldn't give me yesterday-credit for them. :)
