Exercise Mat Abs Back: Lower

This is a really simple but affective core and ab stretch.


  1. Start this exercise on a mat on your hands and knees.

  2. Lower your back by pushing your spine inwards and your butt outwards. Pull your chest up and out while exhaling fully.
