Glute Exercise with the Exercise Tube

Exercise Tube or Band Buttocks Hip Stabilizers

A simple exercise for the glutes (buttocks) that can be done anywhere.


  1. Stand with one foot on the exercise tube. Hold one handle in your right hand, keeping your elbow tucked at your side. Put the toe of your left shoe through the other handle. Shift your weight onto your right foot.

  2. Without breaking your posture, push the free leg back, squeezing your glute at the same time. Keep your core engaged and your shoulders relaxed.
