Beginner balance exercise. To increase difficulty try this exercise with your eyes closed.


  1. Stand with both feet on the BOSU, knees slightly bent, hands on hips. To increase the difficulty of this exercise, close your eyes as you balance.

  2. Do not let your ankles roll outwards.
