Beginner balance exercise. To increase difficulty try this exercise with your eyes closed.
- Stand with both feet on the BOSU, knees slightly bent, hands on hips. To increase the difficulty of this exercise, close your eyes as you balance.
- Do not let your ankles roll outwards. Keep your abs tight at all times and maintain normal breathing.
