Rice Salad with Asparagus

A spring low-fat, low calorie salad that is great for any time of the year!


  • 2-2/3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 lb. asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel peel
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE Honey Dijon Dressing
  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels


  1. TOSS rice, asparagus, carrot and lemon peel in large bowl.
  2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
  3. SPRINKLE with sunflower kernels.
