Make your dinner a sure winner with this low-calorie low-fat main-dish salad. The romaine lettuce is a good source of vitamin A and it teams up with the green pepper to provide an excellent source of vitamin C.


  • 1-1/2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut up
  • 1 bag (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing


  1. TOSS turkey with romaine, tomatoes and vegetables.
  2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
