An alternative healthy snack
- 7 scoops GNC Pro performance
- 100% Whey Protein (Chocolate Caramel)
- ½ melted butter
- 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
- 1 ½ oz peanuts, dry roasted
- Combine butter and cream cheese and put inside the microwave until fully melted.
- Stir until smooth. Add protein powder and mix thoroughly until mixture thickens.
- Add finely chopped peanuts.
- Place mixture in greased pan, spread evenly until it covers the entire pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into desired pieces and wrap individually.
