Bread and Celery Stuffing

Fill your turkey or chicken with this low fat stuffing!


  • 7 1/2 ozs unseasoned stuffing cubes
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 c celery, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c onions
  • 1 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425. Prepare a 8" x 8" dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a skillet, cook celery and onions until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing cubes, salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Drizzle broth half cup at a time to moisten, tossing lightly. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned on top.
