I am going to try my best to track everything daily this week to make sure I am on track to weigh in at 255.8 by the end of the month. I really did bad this month lol. I want to have some type of loss to report and I would be happy if I get to 255.8.

* Starbucks Tall Iced Coffee Whole Milk no sweetener, 1 serving
* Taco Bell Salsa Roja Tortada, 1 serving (had half for lunch and half for dinner)

* Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bar, Chocolatey Chip, 2 serving
