Re the water retention, I feel like a soft water balloon lol!
 
I can always tell when I am retaining water cause my wedding band and engegement ring feel a bit snug, and usually they are getting a bit big!
 
Well good news :-D I ran the most I ever ran today in my workout...7.5 minutes in intervals of :30, :30, 2:00, 2:00, 2:30! Un-freaking-believable! The longest I could run before this was 1 minute and the most in a workout 3 mins! I was happy about it because I did not get to work out this week and really hit it hard today. 51 mins exercise total and I should be out and about with hubby and son later, so more walking on the way!

Yep :) cals not so good tho...i think I need to start planning my meals for the day! I ate some things that had 100+ cals more than what I thought.

Woot! That's awesome! I'm still trying to get running into my treadmill routine, but I haven't been in the exercise room as much lately. Keep it up and you'll be going for runs in no time.

Great Job!!!!! I need to get a threadmeal too!!! It would keep me from emptying the fridge while watching tv!!!!!

Thx so much Luz, Veronique and Mizzie! Forgive me if I am scant on visiting diaries this week and next. The exams are next week Saturday and I have a lot of math to catch up on!
 
Good luck with your exams hon! Don't forget to keep away from the fridge whilst revising - the biggest weight gain period was when I was doing my prof qualification finals - I just fueled myself with chocolate...not a good idea!

Thx jjjay! I would really love to fuel myself with chocolate and cheese puffs! And diet soda of course since I'm counting cals :p

You know me Luz...I try my best but am not getting enough of either in :p I am catching a cold also which does not make it any better :-( I was getting excited about getting the exams out of the way on Saturday and now with this bug I may have to postpone it yet again. I have to let them know by tomorrow. I have until June, but I just want to be done with it already!
 
Aw xe, that sucks. I've only just gotten over a cold myself. Bleh everyone here is sick at the moment! Look at it this way: more time to study! I'm sure you'll smash them.

What exams are you sitting? Sounds quite flexible as to when you take em but I'd agree - get them out of the way asap! Hope you are feeling better soon!

jjjay i'm sitting for entrance exams. I have to take them because I am starting at a new college and my previous education counts for nothing as the university is still debating with the board for accreditation. So I'll be a freshman! The reason I am making such a fuss over it is my major is in the hard sciences and maths...I should begin at Calculus, but if I do not do well on the exam I'll be placed in College Algebra which will be an annoyance to me as I've already learned up to precalculus....so I am trying to refresh on Algebra I&II, Trigonometry/Precalc before the exam :p I cannot bear to sit through three entire semesters for subjects I just need to read over! They have an algebra/trig/precalc class that I can take as well, but I need to score well on the entrance exams to qualify. One good thing my previous test scores are high so I do not have to do the exit exams, but they cannot use the scores to bypass the entrance exams because I took them more than 2 yrs ago.

I wrote about it before but not in so much detail because I don't want to bore anyone :p
