Sorry for abandoning my diary lolol

They keep changing my husband's schedule at work and it is really taking a toll on me and I really am trying to get it together for school and the exams. *sigh* I have to pick him up around 4 am every day....try that schedule change with a 7 month old *faints*
 
Aw Xe :( That's got to make life a bit difficult!! :grouphug: Don't forget to try to take care of yourself as well as everyone else though! You can get through this!

Weigh in today put me at 259.2... .2 higher than monday. Tom is still here but I am not really sticking to the plan either. I plan to get back in gear tomorrow. I got some rest last night and this afternoon so I am feeling better. Chinese food is killing me! As Luz would say I feel so rank right now lolol We didn't get any good grocery shopping in yet so hopefully tomorrow will be different. I have things to make sandwiches and some protein shakes and nutrition bars.
 
Oi I was wrong lololol I LOST 0.8 lbs since Monday lol. I did count cals a few days this week...but I really don't know if that has aught to do with it!

I am going to try my best to track everything daily this week to make sure I am on track to weigh in at 255.8 by the end of the month. I really did bad this month lol. I want to have some type of loss to report and I would be happy if I get to 255.8.

Hey How are you!!! I know what you mean about not really writting down what you are eating, I need to do the grocerie shopping too, as soon as I get my new interact card I will get to it!!! Hope you got to rest a bit more!
 
I'm good Veronique, Thanks for asking! I managed to go grocery shopping yesterday which is a big plus for staying on track! Ate a burger before that though. Still things weighed out much lower than I expected for today.

Glad you got to the store. I always stay on track a lot better if we've planned out the meals and have healthy food in the house. When we run out is when my diet goes all off track.
 
Hi, stopping by your diary, and we both definitely have something in common. We are trying to lose weight, and juggle the rest of life with out babies. No sleep here either! My baby just turned 6 months yesterday, and my meal plan has been sucking really bad for the last week. Great to see you are hanging in there girl. Good luck, see ya!

Njoyabl the sleep thing is out of control for me and I am wondering how long I can live like this! I am starting to have migraines again and starting this morning I am having difficulty breathing and chest tightness. Oi! I think I had about 7 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours and the last 24 hours about 2 hours of sleep. We got home at 5 am put the baby down at 6 am I went to sleep at 6:30, he woke at 7, then he woke at 8, then at 10 the landscapers are driving the lawnmower by our window over and over again and it woke me up first, then him and they are still driving around and around and there isn't even any grass! Only dead leaves. I don't know what to do! Sorry to whine in your ear lolol but I am really concerned about it this morning. I think I am averaging about 3-4 hours of sleep per day.
 
You can whine all you want it's your diary lol!!! I feel for you girl I know what it's like but in time the little one will settle down and hopefully you and your hubby find a way for him not to need you to pick him up from work....When my daughter was about 1year old I had to pick up my hubby from work early in the am too he had a ride to get to work but not back I was exausted and my daughter too thankfully we manage to get a second vehicule because our schedul just isn't compatible even on the week he works days he starts at 4 am I can't imagine waking the kids at 3 15 am getting them in the car 20 to and 20 min back and then getting up at 5 am to get ready for work that would just about kill me.....so you are a very strong person to be able to do that...I hope things fall back to normal...er hours for you soon!
 
I think they finally stopped. I'm going to see if I can put him to sleep again. I think I'd be better off living in a trailer on the top of Mount Everest!
