Sometimes you can be super good for weeks and still not see anything on the scales! That's why the measurements are so important! Still, though, I bet you've lost something! You're doing so well

I was thinking...maybe 265 the most, but now I'm out of the 270's and 260's I cannot believe it!

Some nutcase locked the door on the inside when the gym is supposed to be open. So I just walked outside and ran six intervals of 20 secs. So yesterday's workout:
Someone on the sidelines even said "Dam! That fat girl's beating everybody!" Well that was enough satisfaction for me and I came in second to last for the entire race lol because after that I just walked. I should have kept running!
