I've actually heard that exercising can help cramps. It's never worked for me, but that's what I've heard. Hope you feel better! And if you do, hit it hard and burn those calories!

Great job on the healthy food and the water!
 
Thanks Mizzie! I could not even imagine exercising with those cramps lol. They say chocolate and cheesecake help too....but >_> ..... well is anyone looking? :p (j/k)

I plan on doing some aerobics and strength training today if this little one will sleep for more than 10 mins lolol sometimes I think he just likes my company :D I like his company too, the way everything is interesting and new to him, the way he is starting to get into everything now and the way he gives his cutest little kisses <3 lol

I weigh in this upcoming week Wednesday. I keep looking in the mirror and thinking...did I really lose weight lol. I'm a little nervous because even tho I kept my cals on track and exercised this week, I had fast food on some days and I just hope it does not ruin things.:nopity: But I am excited nonetheless :D

I would weigh in more often but we recently relocated and I left my scale in storage since I do not use it much....and I did not think I would be changing my lifestyle so fast lolol We were supposed to go back this week but it turns out we will be going the middle of next month if all goes well. I miss my scale:cry:. It's a good one too...it even tells you your hydration and oxygen levels. I think I might buy another in the interim just to keep me on track :D maybe one for $20.00 or so.
 
Aw well I'm sure you have lost if your clothes are looser!! And you know the number on the scale doesn't even matter SO much- you are making better choices for your health, eating better and being more active... so you're already doing yourself a world of good and surely you must be feeling better as well? :)
 
Awwww thanks Luzz:grouphug: Yes the clothes are much more loose...but you know when you look in the mirror too much you forget what you saw before :p Also 273 is how much I weighed when I weighed myself before we moved...but I've been doing ok between then and the cal counting so I think I was 273 at the time I started this diary....or maybe a little less. But what if I did gain weight:svengo:

These 3 weeks have been great! And yes I feel much better. My husband has been babying me since I've been pregnant and he's really surprised at how much I am doing lately and how much energy I have.

You made me feel so much better lol thanks so much!

You look like you are doing great I am certain your number is down....I like to take my measurment too, just in cse the scale goes up with muscle weight....if your clothes feel different you shoun't worry!!!!

ok so I just took some tylenol ate some pasta and am laying on the floor lol time to get up and exercise before the little one wakes!

Well folks last week I did not meet my exercise goal of 1250----I did 972 / 1250

This week so far 1206 / 1250:reddevil: BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I laugh in the face of TOM!

Just did 45mins of cardio (low impact aerobics) coupled with squats and lunges :D

And for my faithful diary reading friends:Angel_anim: I just wanted to let you know I am changing the way I do my diary a bit. Weekly updates on the food and I think I will be focusing more on the exercise because that is what motivates me more :D

I agree- for some reason if I start exercising I just naturally eat healthier whether I try to or not! Plus I feel a million times better when and after I exercise :)

My kitchen is officially a club :p I put on my i-pod, the trance started and you would think it was a rave in there lol hands in the air, dishes are clean and soap and water is everywhere :p My husband even came to see what was going on :p

cals burned so far this week 1486 / 1250 goal haha

I'll see how much I can do this week and change the goal for next week.

So finally I have figured out what my third exercise vice will be and that is racquetball! :D Gotta love it :) The other two were running and scuba diving...which really is not "exercise" per se, but a part of my new active life :D

I used to play racquetball when I was younger. Every park near us had racquetball facilities. I just used the regular tennis racquet and ball.

SO I will find a way to incorporate this into my goals.

Weigh in is tomorrow...or 12:01 am :D I am so excited! I am going to slip in a scale when grocery shopping tonight, I am really not fond of weighing in public...there is always some random person behind you either stepping on the scale to scare the hell out of you :svengo: or making a random comment like "Wow!" lololol

WARNING If I find out that I gained weight after all of this I will be crushed!:cry: I might disappear into the land of protein shakes and celery sticks :p
