Sometimes you can be super good for weeks and still not see anything on the scales! That's why the measurements are so important! Still, though, I bet you've lost something! You're doing so well :D

I got the scale and I just weighed myself twice and I am in shock :svengo: Let me take a few moments to gather myself :svengo:

259lbs!!!!!! :eek2:

That means I lost 14lbs *faints* For my friends familiar with the imperial system...ONE entire stone!

I told my husband and he was like :eek: "WOW" lolol...so Luzz you were right there lolol

I am so happy :hurray: I was thinking...maybe 265 the most, but now I'm out of the 270's and 260's I cannot believe it!

Well I couldn't believe it all of last night I was really like in shock lolol so I went on the scale to check again this morning and I was 258.2lbs :D:D:D:D

So I lost 14.8lbs and 36.8lbs since having my son :D:D:D:D

I really feel good about it because I have not been this weight in 6 years and I feel like finally I am on the right track :D

Really wish I had better things to report in my diary :leaving: You're an inspiration, I'm going to to try harder... I really have no excuse, just boredom and emotional eating :smash: Just found it difficult keeping my head in the game the past couple of days... I promise I'm back now though!!

When I want Pizza I often make my own I buy whole wheat flat bread and use it as my crust (you can use half a pita too) and put on the tomatie sauce and a ton of vegi with cheese and it satisfies my Pizza craving with out making a whole lot of damage to my poin value!! Of course the no peperoni Pizza is not an issue for me lol!
 
I despise pepperonis!!! Well I don't eat pork so maybe that is why. Maybe I can make my own pizza with turkey pepperonis and mushrooms and see if I like it:p Thx for the recommendation Veronique! I like cheese pizza or pizza with ground beef, mushrooms, onions and green peppers.

Pita=60cals
1 oz Mozzerella=72cals
1 oz marinaria=21cals

153 cals! :eek: That might become a staple for me!

1oz Lean ground beef=46 cals
1 tbsp mushrooms=3cals
1 tbsp green peppers=2cals
1 slice onion = 4 cals

208 cals! :eek: That is so cool!!!

Oh man, I love pizza. I could eat it every day and never get tired of it! Except, I'm not good like the two of you. Most of the veggies you put on pizza are ones I don't like (peppers, onions, sun-dried tomatoes... :ack2: ) but I love pepperoni! And sausage, canadian bacon, hamburger... (yeah, I'm a carnivore at heart) Give me a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese any day. Naughty, naughty, I know.

I might try that pita idea though. And maybe I can find some low fat, low sodium pepperoni.
 
I'm definitely doing that pita thing! Problem is i went to Publix today and they are out of my 60 cal pita :'( They have it at Wal-Mart tho so I think I'll be heading there tonite :D

I exercised again yesterday. Hubby was home so he watched the baby while I went to the gym, which was coincidentally closed:cuss: Some nutcase locked the door on the inside when the gym is supposed to be open. So I just walked outside and ran six intervals of 20 secs. So yesterday's workout:

Walking 50 mins : 315 cals burned
Running 2 mins : 35 cals burned
Total cals burned yesterday : 350
1746 total cals burned this week / 1250 weekly goal

Running felt great though, I really love it!

In middle school we had a mile run and I came in first in the first lap...even before the football players and I remember two of them were beside me really trying to beat me :smilielol5: Someone on the sidelines even said "Dam! That fat girl's beating everybody!" Well that was enough satisfaction for me and I came in second to last for the entire race lol because after that I just walked. I should have kept running!

I think I might do some strength training and aerobics today. I'm super sleepy though so we'll see.

OH ALSO!!!---I tried the Kellogs chocolatey chip meal bar today. IT IS DELICIOUS! I had it at 1:30 and I think it lasted for 2 and a half to three hours. The shakes are better for me I think. But these do make for a nutritious snack so maybe I will incorporate them. 170 cals/bar. But it tastes like the best chocolate chip granola bar EVARRR!

So here's how things panned out today. I picked up my husband from work. As we were going home I asked him if he wanted what we have at home or if he wanted to get something outside before going in. He chose something outside and told me to get whatever I want. i told him to pick because I will just eat whatever is at home, I'm almost at my cal limit. He decided on Chinese food. OK cool. When we go to the Chinese place we notice it is right beside a pizza place. What does he decide to get? Pizza:svengo: OMG if it had been anything else I could have resisted! So I had three slices:svengo: It was a small pizza but that still put's me over my cal limit.:nopity:

Oh well tomorrow is another day, and he's off so I should be able to hit the gym a few times.

But never again! Great job on brushing it off as part of life and planning more exercise... I need to take a page from your book!!

Ya I know and i had 2 shrimp rolls on top of it, bringing my calories to almost 3000:svengo:

Today was a better day. I walked for 90 minutes so that means I burned 887 cals for a weekly total of 2633 vs. my goal of 1250. Not too bad.

Gotta run again!
