Today I’m fasting. I’m up early. I’m having a green tea. Without milk or sweetener. For the day I’m planning on just having a clean fast.
 
Just went for a hike up Weirs Hill. About 30 min or so. Forgot my Apple Watch at home.

I started my clean fast at 10 pm last night. So I’ve been fasting now for 15 hours. No Diet Coke. No almond milk. No sweeteners. Just plain water. And tea. And black coffee.

Did 12 min on a Zumba YouTube video. And 2 upper body strength training exercises. Will do better tomorrow.

Plan on getting up tomorrow to go workout. If my sisters cancel then I’ll go to the gym. If it rains.

20 hours of fasting so far. I’ll drink a green tea before I get ready for bed so I can sleep. Yesterday I slept great. I did take my meds early.
 
Ended my fast at 24 hours. Ate 2 slices of Ezekiel bread and coffee with almond milk and Splenda.

Starting another fast starting at about 10 pm.

Went for a 35 min walk at Castle Trail. Going to fast again today. A clean fast.

Drinking a green tea now.
 
Had dinner of 3 wingettes and one cornbread. I went back to drinking Diet Coke. And back to drinking almond milk and Splenda.

I just bought some oatmeal to eat if I’m hungry later on.

Tomorrow we r getting together by my sis. I’m not sure if I am going to the pool or hot tub. I’m bringing ribs even though I would probably not eat any. Probably have some shrimp and chicken.

My clean 24 hr fast was really successful. I’m going to try another long fast on Monday. It’s hard to just drink water and black tea and coffee with no sweetener.
 
My period actually came. 2 days now. I’m not sure if I should be prepared for it next month. Last month I had a little spotting. Last period was in May. For 2 days only. And before that it’s been a couple of years. I’m seeing a specialist in Aug.
 
I had a bowl of cereal and a fruit bowl. Pineapple, melon, strawberries, blueberries. Been awhile since I had fruits. It was delicious.

Today I’m fasting again. I was going to wait for Monday. Back to just doing a clean fast.

My sis and twins are feeling sick so she cancelled the get together. Even though she made plans to go to the beach tomorrow.

I went to Heavenly for breakfast for my bro. And I actually didn’t get anything. And he got donut holes and there was two red velvet ones. I’m so tempted.
 
Well I ended up eating some donut holes and half ham and cheese sandwich.

My sis will be having the getogether after all. Baked the ribs a little to put on grill.
 
Just came home.

Had a rib, a little orzo, and piece of bread. I came home and had oatmeal with almond milk.

Tomorrow we r going to the beach. Not sure which one yet.

Today we r going to Nahant beach by A. Hopefully I won’t eat too much today. I will try to just maintain my weight loss.

Tomorrow is looking like a nice summer day. So I guess I won’t start my diet until Monday.
 
Breakfast I had 2 glazed donut holes and a coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Lunch I had a piece of chicken and a provision. Dinner I had some seasoned rice, chicken piece fried-ish. One tostones and one plantain piece. A couple of peanut m and m. And a little Cheetos.

Tomorrow the plan is to go for a walk in the morning. My sis will text me in the morning.

Today I’m clean fasting again. My sis might call me for a walk.

Started my day with a hot green tea.
 
Could not fall asleep so I ended up breaking my fast. 24 hrs.

Had an oatmeal with almond milk and Splenda. Then a cornbread. Oh and some fries, crinkly cut. About 6. Drinking Metamucil with crystal light and Splenda. Might have a coffee with almond milk and Splenda. And a small piece of bread roll with butter.

That’s all that I’m having. Going to start another fast after I have my coffee.

Tomorrow morning we r going for our early walk.

I hope I can fall asleep tonight.

This morning I hiked for 30 min. Started my fast last night at 1030 pm. I’ll either do 24 hours and break it with some oatmeal or go to sleep.

I’m drinking water right now. Planning on doing a clean fast again.

Going to the gym later. Planning on strength training. Maybe cardio.

Today I went for a walk with my sister.

Had a coffee with creamer with a donut and a piece of cake.
 
Ate a ton of nuts!!!

Went to T-Mobile this morning and got my SIM card changed. Learned that I get a big discount for being a vet. Like half the amount. So I’ll go next week and sign up. Seeing how this network works this week.

Dinner I had a piece of calzone from the lil Caesar calzone pepperoni pizza. It was good.

Tomorrow I’ll do better. I will get a coffee after our walk. Then I’ll take my bro to Bedford.

So today did not go as planned.
