Today I had a coffee with almond milk from keurig. I had ground turkey with zucchini and bread. I had an almond milk shake. And almond milk.
 
Still up. Tried going to bed at 10 pm but still awake. Went to get a Diet Coke at the gas station and gas. There is a curfew. Saw a lot of cops around.

I am also drinking a chocolate shake. Tomorrow is Veterans Day. So a lot of freebies. Too bad I’m on a diet. Maybe I’ll go to Applebee’s with my bro and take it to go. Probably will have to purchase a drink.

I have to return some items to Amazon. Ordered a lot of extra stuff so I’m sending them back. My bro want to come to fax some papers. Guess he learned to print on his own.

My sis wants me to take her to bjs to get some stuff. Plus I have to pick up a pork shoulder to season it up before our weekend trip to Vermont. Then I have to help her make pates for her work.

Then on Thursday I have to get new tires. I also have to fry these pates and deliver them to my sis’ job.

Then on Friday I have to go to Bedford to take my brother to the nurse to pick up meds. Then come back, finish packing. Do my bro medicine. And leave around 1-130 pm for the 2.5 hours to get there.

My older brother and my niece are coming. I hope that’s all he’s bringing.

I going to watch what I eat. Maybe skip lunch. On sat we r having lasagna and I think my lil sis is making it with ground turkey. Then on Sat is pernil with seasoned rice. On Sun is roti and curry chicken. The roti my ‘sis’ is making it. My mom taught her. So we have one designated buss up shurt roti maker.

And breakfast is usually a lot of food. Pancake, eggs, mangoo with left over pernil. Longonisa or bacon. Bread. Of course I don’t have to eat everything. Maybe a little mangoo and eggs with one pork dish. Then lunch is like burgers or hot dogs. I don’t know if ‘sis’ is making pates. Always a lot of leftovers.

Maybe take a walk if weather cooperates and hopefully not in the country with bears. Anyway it should be good. We r celebrating my moms 70th birthday!!! I just hope no one comes with COVID.
 
So just did 15 min of Zumba off YouTube!

Im not even sleepy and I took my ambien!!!

Now I’m drinking water. I’ll do that while I’m up. And I guess I can not check my weight in this morning so I’ll do it tomorrow.

I’m thinking about going for a walk around the lake when it’s sunrise around 630! If I’m still up!
 
Well I ended up falling asleep eventually. Did not make it for my walk.

Today I had ground turkey with zucchini and brown rice. San Cocho soup mainly a chicken thigh. And bread. And a couple of wingettes.

I know I’ll be up till late. I have to stay up a full night and all day to go back on a decent sleep schedule. But around 3 or so I fall asleep. It’s getting later and later.
 
I weigh in this morning at 141.6 lbs.!!!

Today I think I messed it up. I’m trying to get the lowest before my trip to Vermont on Friday. But I will def gain some weight. I’ll be indulging in the foods that my everyone will be making. I’ll be doing the pernil, which is putting the pork shoulder in the oven low and slow. Not too tender. Everyone will laugh at me if the pork isn’t done properly.

Im also started drinking shakes I found on Amazon. It’s a meal replacement with 2 scoops but only 120 cals with the almond milk. I think it works to stop the cravings. But I get greedy and today I ate food early that I wrote about last entry before the shake kicked in. I put in vanilla almond milk and Splenda and blend with ice. It’s pretty tasty. I think I’ve had 3 already today. it has a lot of nutrient, high protein. It says you can add a protein drink too. But I have not been working out.

Tomorrow I have to get up early. Bring my bro breakfast before going to drop my car off for new tires and an alignment. Wait for my lil sis to pick me up. Then go to my sis. Just have to fry the pate. Take my moms Jeep to drop the pate off at my sis work party.

then I’ll go to the pharmacy to pick up my mom meds. Then I have a coupon for cvs for glow lotion. Get it for about 5 bucks. then I plan on shopping for nonperishables. And that’s it. also season the pork shoulder and freeze it.

Another sleepless night...

Well I did fall asleep a little earlier. I did gain a little. Too much shakes. Today I had a coffee with creamer and Splenda. Half a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Then I had two little pates that I made. I’m going to try to not eat anything until dinner.

So my ‘sis’ went to the emergency for COVID. No other info. She lives in Boston. And my nephew was in the emergency room for pneumonia last night. Waiting for his COVID test. So two of my sis and their families won’t be coming this weekend.

I just hope my brother family isn’t sick but I’ll try to keep my distance from them. My brother already recovered from COVID.

NEways just here waiting for my brother to get his medicine. Then I have to go grocery shopping to get the perishables. Shouldn’t take me too long! Then I have to go to my sis to pick up some items to take with me. She doesn’t have space in her car.

Probably won’t eat until dinner. Since I’ll be busy. The drive is 2.5 hrs to Vermont. I want to leave at 130 pm or so.
 
Oh, Vic. I can't imagine having a family gettogether & not getting close. Please take care xo
 
Everyone is doing better. I also found out some other people I know were tested positive for COVID. So it’s striking closer to home.

NEways overindulging on the food and sweets. I’ll reign it in tomorrow.

Having a good time with my family. 2 more days here. Will def start back at the gym when I get back.
 
So just came back. Today we r celebrating my moms 70th Birthday. Gonna eat dinner and have cake.

I’ll check in tomorrow with my weight. Don’t want to do that!!!
 
So at 145.6 lbs!!! Not too bad!!! But in the ‘overweight’ BMI.

Thinking about getting rid of my gym membership and just do YouTube workouts. Due to COVID. So many people I know have it.

Just did a 30 min cardio dance YouTube video and did 6 min of abs. I’ll try to get up tomorrow and do it again.
 
So at 143.8 lbs... Back into a ‘normal’ BMI!

I did a 30 min of a cardio dance workout on YouTube and 4 min on abs. Already cancelled my gym membership!!!

I did another 30 min YouTube Caribbean cardio dance video. Probably do another video tonight.
