Vic’s Weight Loss

So I slept in this morning. My weight is still the same.

I did make it to the gym. I did 15 min on elliptical and an hour on the treadmill walking on an incline.

I’ve had 3 pieces of cornbread so far today.

I was going to have a stress free week but now I have other things I have to do. My boiler isn’t turning off in one zone and the other zone is not turning on. Started yesterday. So now I will have to call an electrician tomorrow. I think I need new thermostats. Hopefully it’s an easy fix.

Other than that I have nothing going on. So I should be able to go to the gym this week. No problem.
 
Well ended up eating more corn bread with an egg and breakfast sausage. I also had some bar snacks. Crunchy snacks like pretzels and others stuff. I had coffee with milk.

Tomorrow I’ll be surprised if I weigh less. Anything will be good!
 
But I am really focusing on not purging. I am overeating but it’s not a binge. I’m trying to eat less but I’m struggling on my food portions and going back for seconds.

I’ll try to fast tomorrow since I have so much going on.

It is late but can’t seem to fall asleep.

Then my shower isn’t getting hot like it used too. Like lukewarm. So I can still shower but don’t want to do that again. But I have too tomorrow morning. Everything else is running hot. I hope it’s something easy to fix. So I’ll have to get a plumber too!
 
Hey Vic, congrats and not purging! Overeating sucks - it's been happening to me a lot lately, too - but not succumbing to a binge is spectacular :D I hope you're able to maintain a low stress week, get some good sleep, and that the boiler repairs will be small and inexpensive.
 
Good work on not purging! Its important, and so is not bingeing, another plus. Eating too much is something you can figure out how to manage, but not b/p is more important. You know that better than I do, I expect.

Today I’m at 143.0 lbs... guess I had too many corn bread yesterday.

My heater is back to working properly. It was an easy fix. And the boiler is under warranty so I did not have to pay!

I still have to call the plumber about my hot water in my shower. I’ll probably do that next week!!!

I’m not going to the gym today!!! I plan on going tomorrow.

Need to focus on what I’m eating. Today I’m fasting. The day went by pretty quickly. Went to bed late last night. So I’ll take my pills around 11pm tonight and hope I can fall asleep.
 
I had one cornbread with coffee and almond milk And half corn bread with a little whole milk as a snack before bed. And now I’m stopping. I should sleep good. Took my pills too early though. So will try again at 10 pm.

So if everything works out today, then I’ll do the same tomorrow. Mainly the sleeping. I’m expecting to lose something.

So today was an OMAD day.

Had a Jamaican me crazy coffee with creamer. And half of a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant.

I’m going to try to not eat anything else for the day. I’m by my sis.

I’m kinda sore. So I’ll skip the gym today.
 
Ended up going for a little walk with my sis and the twins.

My sis made dinner that I stayed for- roasted spaghetti squash and air fry breaded with a yucca flour chicken breast pounded thin with some kinda sauce. It was so good and enough for me to feel full.
It’s midnight and I can’t seem to fall asleep And now I’m hungry
 
So at 141.4 lbs.

Today I had half a breakfast sandwich with a coffee with creamer and two donut holes. Lunch was some Thai noodles and ground chicken. Then dinner I had an onion bagel with cheese. Then I had peanut chocolate cake. So a lot today!!!
 
Nov 1: 145.0 lbs

Day 1:

So this month I’m going to try to lose about 8 lbs. And get back to the 130s!!! I plan on eating healthier and improve my cholesterol. Also go to the gym. And not b/p for the entire month. Also drink more water.

Today I did 15 min of walking on the treadmill. I had ground turkey and spaghetti squash. And a rice cake.

This month I’m going to eat veggies and lean protein for most of my meals.
 
So went back to the gym and walked for 30 min.

I ended up eating some more spaghetti squash and ground turkey for dinner.

All I had today was water!!! No Diet Coke or even coffee!

Tomorrow I’m going to visit my mom and will be there for most of the day. I’m bringing my food with me. I’m planning on getting up early to go to the gym!

For my moms birthday we are going to Vermont for the weekend. Hopefully it doesn’t snow!

I’m actually at the top end of a ‘normal’ BMI so I’m really motivated to lose some weight.
 
Well late last night, I had some more spaghetti squash and ground turkey. And a rice cake.

Had a headache. Probably from no caffeine. Then I went to bed at around 10 pm.

Day 2:

I woke up early and went to the gym. I walked for 30 min. Plan on going later to strength train.

For an early breakfast had a rice cake and drinking water.

Planning on drinking plenty of water today. Will try to not have any coffee or diet soda.
 
So I did go back and strength trained on my upper and lower body. Will try to do more tomorrow. I made it to the gym in the evening and did 30 min walking on an incline.

I had spaghetti squash for a 2nd breakfast with a rice cake. Then lunch was some more spaghetti squash and cauliflower I steamed. And a rice cake. I’m not hungry now. But for dinner I will have cauliflower and a protein.

Drinking water still. Nothing else. No Diet Coke or coffee.

I slept great last night. Maybe due to not having caffeine. Hopefully I can go to bed at a good time so I can wake up and go to the gym early!
 
So dinner I had butternut squash and ground turkey.

I should be good for tonight since it’s later than I usually have dinner. But if I am hungry I will just have some leftovers.

Day 3:

Today I woke up and my motivation had waned. So I have to be extra care and watch what I eat.

I also am by my moms and did not bring any food with me. So I hope I don’t get tempted to eat any of the junk that she has here.

Then my ‘sis’ tested positive for Covid. And she was here this past Halloween. I did not interact with her much but I was there. So I have to get a test on Friday. So that means I can’t go to the gym or anywhere for 2 weeks.
