Vic’s Weight Loss

It’s so hard to lose weight with my brother staying in my house. He buys tons of junk food. It’s so hard to resist. And then during the day in by my sis. And she has junk food too. My mom and brother aren’t leaving until Dec. So I’m just going to try to maintain my weight.
 
Tomorrow my ‘sis’ is making roti and I guess my mom will make curry duck. Then on Sunday we r having lasagna, ribs, and rice.

So no dieting this weekend. Try again on Mon but my brother wants Korean short ribs. I have to take him to his appt an hour away and my mom wants to come too.

I’m thinking about going later to St. Croix. Maybe go the end of Jan. So that’ll give me about a month or so to lose some weight before I go. But it doesn’t even matter since the beach I like is closed. The only reason I would go is to see my mom. And no one there cares about my weight.

My mom is originally from Trinidad. She has lived in St Croix about 45 years. And that is her home. She usually comes up here (Mass) every year for the doctors.

And yes I do worry less about my weight while I’m there.
 
Today I had a bunch of pumpkin bread. Then dinner I had roti and curry duck.

I’m thinking of cutting my hair to my chin and dyeing it dark blue. It would be a huge change. On Monday I’ll make an appt.
 
The pumpkin bread and curry duck sounds really good! Did you make it yourself?

Blue hair does sound like a change! Sounds fun. Don't suppose I could talk you into posting a picture?
 
No I think the pumpkin bread was store bought. The curry duck my mom made it.

And no way I feel comfortable putting my pic here. At least for now!

And I ended up chopping my hair off! It is of course not even so I def need a hairdresser. Tomorrow I am prepared for the jokes that I will get because of my hair! This is the shortest my hair have been all of my life!
 
So today I had some doughnut holes with a coffee with creamer for breakfast. Dinner was lasagna. I also had piece of bread with salami and cheese.

No one mentioned my hair! I have an apt on Wed so I can fix it. So yesterday I did well. Did not eat after dinner. So far it looks like I’m not eating anything tonight either.

My weight I know is up this weekend. But I’ll weigh in tomorrow. No b/p so far!
 
141.8 lbs!

Had a lot of roti and curry duck last night. I’m getting my boiler replaced so I’m home all day. So I’m planning on fasting. So far I skipped breakfast.
 
So today I did great. Ended up skipping lunch and dinner. I just have to not eat anything tonight. But I feel confidant I can do it!

Tonight I’m taking my pills at 930 pm and I hope I can fall asleep soon after.

Tomorrow I have to take my brother to his appt. Then right after I have my hair appt.
 
Well I’m still up! No food though! So that’s good! I’ll try to sleep again at 1230 am.

I don’t have to wake up until 8 am. Last night I was up late too. But I was binge watching a series on Netflix and it was really exciting.
 
So I ended up sleeping like 330 am or so. And I had to get up for an appt. Hopefully that means that I will fall asleep at a decent time tonight!

I weighed in at 139.0 lbs this morning. Not fasting today. Had lunch/dinner of rice, pumpkin, and brown chicken. And a bowl of vanilla ice cream with half of a chocolate chip cookie!!! Yum!!! I’m also trying not to eat after 6 pm!

Have to take my mom to the rmv to get her real ID drivers license tomorrow. And then I can finally relax. Did a lot this week!

And my sis is taking a vacation with her husband. The grandparents will have the twins. So that means I can fast over the weekend!!!
 
So at 141.0 lbs this morning. Today did not fast. Had a coffee with cream and 5 velvet donut holes. Lunch was a brown chicken, pumpkin, and seasoned rice. Then I did have cake and ice cream. Then for dinner I had salt fish, white rice, and kale.

Tomorrow I’m definitely fasting. I’ll have a coffee from my sis kuerig with almond milk. I have to go to post office. Then my brother wants to look at cigarettes and cigars. (He’s back smoking.)

And I slept really well last night. Went to bed at 10 or so. Will try to do the same tonight.
 
At 142.0 lbs. Today I had some Spanish rice and beans. Fried pork and tostones. 2 chocolate chip cookies. That’s all I’m having today.
 
Well I ended up going to the gym. Did an hour on the elliptical. I also strength trained my upper and lower body!!! I’ll do some abs before I go to bed.

And I’m still full from earlier so I did not have anything else to eat. Will not eat anything else today. No b/p for me!!!

Tomorrow I plan on getting up earlier than usual and go to the gym.

My sis bday is on wed and we r also celebrating it on Halloween. I bought a costume- Snow White. I have the hair for it. I just bought it too big!!! I’m not planning on going trick or treating. Not sure what everyone else is doing. I guess I’ll wear my boots. It’s too late to return.

I’m also drinking a lot of water before I go to sleep. My throat was kinda dry while I was doing weights.
