Vic’s Weight Loss

So I ended up eating lunch by my sis of ground turkey with zucchini and spaghetti squash and 2 shrimp. Her leftovers.

Had an iced coffee with almond milk. I got tired of just drinking water. So I’m also going to have a Diet Coke.
 
I had dinner of butternut squash and ground turkey. I had it late so I should be good tonight.

Did not have any water today. Will start back tomorrow. I also want to say that I’ll go outside and walk but it’s so cold!

Showing no signs of COVID. Today would have been my 3rd day.
 
I am also planning on having more fiber. Psyllium. Took some tonight. I’m planning on taking it three times a day. It helps to lower cholesterol among other things so it will be beneficial for me. I haven’t had a bowel movement in several days.

Couldn‘t fall asleep. So I’m up and will try again later. I can sleep in later because my sis’ family is home so my mom won’t feel lonely.

I really hope my Covid test comes back negative.
 
Thanks for asking, liza. My ‘sis’ is fine. Only mild symptoms. Everyone else has tested negative so far.

Last night I couldn’t sleep. Up most of the night listening to podcast. Did not check my weight. Today I already had red velvet munchkins for breakfast. I am feeling stuft right now.
 
Well today was awful- food wise. I don’t want to check my weight tomorrow.

Tomorrow I might go for a walk. It’s going to be warmer this rest of the week.
 
I'm glad your sister only had a mild case--did you get your result yet?
Hope you can get back on track with the food and get out on a nice walk :)
 
No I just took my test this morning. Should get results this weekend.

Today I’m back on track on food. I did go for a walk. It was pretty nice out.
 
Well today I had a coffee with creamer and Splenda. 2 red velvet munchkins. Some plantain chips. Dinner was baked haddock with broccoli. Then I had 4 beef teriyaki sticks.

Will check my weight tomorrow.
 
Nice to hear you getting some good healthy food in. The haddock and broccoli sounds especially good!
 
Had 4 beef teriyaki. I had a fried haddock taco. Then I had half an almond cookie and a small confetti cake. Also had one sweet chili drummette.

Waiting on my results for my COVID test.

Will weigh in on Monday.

So I’m at 143.8 lbs. Was a little higher the past couple of days.

Today I had a kids meal from chipotle. Two tortillas with carne asada and corn salsa and pico. It came with a kids portion of tortilla chips.

My test results still haven’t come in yet.
 
Thanks, Rob. I should have gotten the results already. But no symptoms so I’m sure I’m fine. Everyone else that was there for the Halloween party tested negative already.

Tomorrow I think that I will drink more water. I want to reach 140 by Friday before the trip. Plenty of eating but I think I will limit what I eat. My oldest brother will be there too. He already had COVID. Him and Ariana lives in Boston. Their community has high rates of infection.

I‘m up and can’t fall asleep. Went to fridge. But told myself suffer through the hunger and just go to bed. So I’m up watching TLC.

Probably I will go and drink some prune juice. Last week I was severely constipated. No bowel movement for 6 days. my sis suggested warm prune juice. She gave me a bottle. And it works pretty good. Used it on Friday.
