Vic’s Weight Loss

So far I’ve had 400 cal. Dinner is stew chicken and rice. And steamed cabbage.
 
Today I had food from hmart. Beef bulgogi with rice and kimchi. Wasn’t planning on having anything else. Then my sis said we’re getting together later. Ended up eating spaghetti with meat sauce and bread. And piece of brownie. And one wine cooler.

Still no purging. So a win for me. Even though I’m gaining weight. NEways we r going to the beach for lobster rolls tomorrow.
 
I like kimchi, and its good diet food, filling but low calorie. However I have not been able to find it here, can only get it from Amazon.

No purging is a big win! I know seeing your weight go up can be painful, but it is better than purging. And I am sure you will be able to get it back down soon!
 
So today I had an iced psl and some munchkins from dd.

Lunch was pieces of buffalo chicken tenders. Quarter of lobster roll. Several fries.

Dinner I had some chicken and a Hawaiian roll with a salami.

Tomorrow I’m fasting. My sisters are busy so I will have time for myself. This week I think I will have salads for lunch. I’ll go buy some stuff when I get up!

So this week I’ll focus on not eating after 7 pm!
 
I walked 4.3 miles today around the lake! Felt good. Haven’t exercised in awhile.

Doing well on my fasting! Tonight is when things get difficult. If I can just fall asleep and not eat anything, it would be great!!!

Tomorrow I’ll break my fast at lunch. Salad with air fryer chicken lettuce wraps.

I also hope I’ll get up and go for a walk around the lake before my afternoon appt.
 
So still up at 11 pm. Took my pills. Tried to sleep by laying down. Didn’t work.

Just had a coffee with creamer and Splenda.

Still fasting! Not going to break my fast until lunch.
 
So I ended up going to the gym and did 30 min on the treadmill walking on an incline. Really thinking about eating something but I’m powering through.

Will try to go to sleep.
 
139.6 lbs!!!

This morning I went for a walk around the lake for 4.3 miles. At the last mile I ended up running because I had to go home for an appt.

Today I’m skipping breakfast and lunch. Dinner I’m going to eat a chicken lettuce wrap. I’ll put the chicken in the airfryed.
 
Well, for dinner, I had lettuce wraps of mushroom, cabbage, red onions, and pepper. Also had 2 teriyaki beef sticks and a couple of boneless spareribs.

And hopefully I sleep tonight early so I don’t end up eating.
 
Ended up eating airfryed chicken tenders in a lettuce wrap with skinny girl Dijon mustard dressing.

Cant fall asleep. Will try again later.
 
139.8 lbs!!!

I guess yesterday I ate around maintenance. So today I’ll try to eat less. This night eating has to stop!

So I skipped breakfast. Lunch I had some rice and chicken tenders. 1 chips ahoy cookie. I had a coffee with reg cream. Dinner was lettuce wraps with ground turkey and quinoa. A taste of soup.

I actually stopped myself from eating too much today. Tonight I will not eat anything. Probably will take my pills at 11 pm. And hopefully fall asleep soon after!

Did not make it to the gym today. Was by my sis all day today after my appt. Tomorrow I have to go there early so I’ll be there for her brakes (an appt at her place).

So on Thursday is my nephew’s 5th bday. So my sis is making apps and a chocolate cake. Then on Sat Ariana is making roti. Then on Sunday is Alex party. We’ll be having ribs, season rice, lasagna, and salad. A Spanish cake. So my moves are skipping breakfast and lunch on those days.
 
Ended up eating early lunch!
