I actually did not get a letter to get off of jury duty. I’ll try to postpone it. If not it’s on the week of my birthday and Thanksgiving.
 
My Covid test came back negative. So I’m all clear for my dental cleaning tomorrow morning.

My brother came back. He decided to quit smoking so thats good.

So I had a coffee from McDonald’s this morning. I had some raisin bread. Lunch was some chicken wingettes and sweet potato fries from Market Baskett. Skipping dinner.

On Friday we r going to Connecticut. Tomorrow we will probably do the menu.
 
So yesterday we had Mac and cheese with ribs. Today we had a big breakfast of linguisa, fried cheese, egg, mangu and red onions. And passion fruit mimosa. Last night I got up and had croissant and pumpkin bread. Dinner today is going to be roti and curry chicken.

My plan for the rest of the day is not to snack after dinner. And not get up in the middle of the night to eat.
 
Well today I had breakfast sandwich with an egg bacon and cheese on bread.

I went for an hour long walk this morning.

Today should be a better eating day. I’m just going to eat the pate.

I slept pretty good last night. Went to sleep early. And did not wake up until morning.
 
Well last night I couldn’t sleep until 330 am! Which means I was up eating popcorn.

This morning I got up and did not eat breakfast. It was delicious pancakes!!!

NE way I went for a nice hourlong walk around the lake by myself. It was comfortable weather.

Today I’m waiting until dinner to eat. It’s pernil and seasoned rice. Not going to have any snacks. Or NEthing except Diet Coke and water.
 
So I’m at 140.8 lbs today! Just came back from my trip! Hopefully I’m back in the 130s tomorrow.

I went for a 4.3 mile walk around the lake when I got back.

I just checked my labs that I did last week and everything is good. Even my a1c went down So good news! I’m also seeing my pcp for my yearly physical tomorrow.

I plan on going to sleep at 9 pm tonight so I can get up early to go for a walk around the lake. Hopefully I can sleep. Yesterday I did sleep at that time and woke up early.

I had a great time with my family on my vaca in Connecticut. It was pretty cold though. I’m glad I went on my walks around the lake there.

This week I plan on just eating one meal a day. And will try to eat after 4 pm. I will also exercise every day.

I’ll also try to start back running. And do strength training.
 
At 140.4 lbs.

Today I had a yogurt for breakfast. Lunch was a salad with half a boiled egg. Dinner will be the same.

I also plan on going to the gym later. Maybe after dinner.

I went to my pcp. Kinda concerned about my lack of period for know almost a year. So she took a blood test to see if I’m in menopause.

Also I’m going to go through Lahey for a mammogram.
 
I also had a hot dog and cheeseburger without buns. And 2 small rolls with salami. Hopefully that’s all I eat for today!!! Will post before I go to sleep.
 
So I also had a coffee with almond milk and a slice of cinnamon raisin bread earlier too! And I finished my half of a boiled egg and salad that’s all I’m eating for today. Ended eating at 4 pm.

Tomorrow I plan on having a yogurt for breakfast which I’ll try to eat around 11 am or later. Then I’ll have a salad. This time I’ll eat the entire boiled egg. My salad is arugula, spinach, English cucumber, Roma tomatoe, red onion, mushrooms, and dried cranberries with skinny girl poppyseed dressing. For dinner I haven’t decided yet.

I made it to the gym and did 30 min on elliptical. I think I’m going to continue with the elliptical as my cardio of choice from now on. And build on that!!! And I still have to strength train.

So tomorrow I would love to get up early to go to the gym. So I will try to do that. I’ll try to go to sleep early tonight.

I have to drop my keys off at the dealership so I can get another set made as soon as they are open. Then pick up some munchkins and coffee for my brother. Then come back ASAP for my brother appt over the phone.

So I’ll go to bed at 9 pm and set an alarm for 5 am. And backup for 7 am. If I can just get up and get going that’ll be great!!!

And as a side note. I think my brother has really quit smoking this time. I think it’s been about 2 weeks. The longest time ever!!!

Today I did not get up early. Then I had some of the munchkins with a coffee with creamer from Dunkin’

I did make it to the gym this morning. I did the elliptical for 30 min. At level 2. I’ll do better next time. Have to build up. I plan on going back later.
 
So I did make it back to the gym and did an hour on the elliptical. At level 5 mostly. I’m going to do better tomorrow. I hope I get to the gym early and do some strength training after my cardio.

I did have a burger without bun at around lunch time. I had some baked chicken thighs. And a boiled egg. I’m going to try to sleep early again and if I can’t sleep I’ll try to stay in bed!

139.6 lbs!!! Back into the 130s!

So I did fall asleep early. When I woke up I was really sore so I decided not to go to the gym. Planning on going in the afternoon.

I am drinking a Jamaican me crazy coffee with creamer and I had only 2 munchkins.
 
So lunch I had 2 Hawaiian rolls with salami. 2 small pieces of chicken airfryed. And a small packet of m&m.

I did not eat anything else. And I did not go back to the gym. Tomorrow I plan on getting up at 630 am to go to the gym.

We r going to a Botanical garden about an hour away. I’m going with Angela. Don’t feel like driving.
 
So I did pretty good today with the fasting. I just had water. I’m still feeling fine. Going to eat lunch tomorrow.

In the morning I have a cleaner coming in. After that I’ll go visit my mom.

I have about 2 hours before I go to bed.
