I had a look at the choices available at Panera & saw some healthy' ish options :) I'm glad you want to eat healthily, Vic. I worry about you sometimes xo
 
At 135.0 lbs

Today I am fasting!

I went for a 4.3 miles walk around the lake. Did over 10K steps so far today.
 
Tomorrow I’m going to a get together at my sis. In addition to what I’m bringing-The zucchini and squash-I’m getting a salad too. If I can get into the grocery store.

I plan on going for a walk as soon as I get up. Then get my coffee. Then I’ll wait for later for food. I’ll also be drinking wine or a cocktail and shots.

I’ve been thinking of what I’m going to do to eat healthily on Monday. Maybe an egg before my walk or after or skip it. Haven’t decided yet. Then lunch will be a salad with a boiled egg. Dinner will be a shrimp with cabbage. That’s day one. I can still lose weight and less effort than fasting all day. I’ll try to do this. Just changing the protein and veggies.

My walk will be a min of once around the lake- 4.3 miles and over 10k steps. I’ll do this everyday in the morning. Tomorrow is still a jacket weather but the rest of the week looks great. My kinda weather.

It’s IF. So just a little easier but still fasting. More nutrients. And activity.

I went for a walk around the lake. 4.3 miles. I am having coffee now. Dinner is by my sister. Im just going to try and not eat everything.

I bought myself a watermelon because it was on sale. So this week that is what I"ll be having.
 
`133.2 lbs!!! Which is great since I had 2 glasses of wine yesterday. But I did watch what I ate. And took small portions. And filled my plate up with salad. Then I came home and had leftovers late.

So I went for a walk this morning when I got up. 4.5 miles around the lake. Feeling good.

Today for lunch Im having a salad with a boiled egg. But I am having Sweet Onion Vidalia Dressing. Which has a good amount of calories and sugar. Will just have a serving size. For dinner Im going by my sis for lobster and probably something else.
 
Well... I know all about that "leftovers late" business! :D
But apart from that everything's sounding really good - you sound so in control of things - able to eat and enjoy it, whether on your own or socially, without dropping the ball! Great to read!
 
Well not doing too good on the losing weight.

Today I’m having a special Cuban sandwich and a pork tamales.

Getting an MRI done today. Hopefully everything is fine.
 
Hey Vic, it seems to me that no b/p is more important to your health than losing weight. How is that going? Note, this is just my uneducated opinion but you are close enough to your goal weight to be healthy, but b/p is not healthy.

I love a good Cuban sandwich, can't find one in Utah. I also love tamales, we can get those here.
 
Did my mri 40 min in machine! Should get results by Tuesday.

Yup that’s right Rob. I haven’t been b/p. And yes it’s healthier to get that under control than losing weight.

Today had some of my watermelon. It’s a huge one. So it’ll take me a few days to finish it. It’s really sweet and refreshing on a hot day like today.

No B/P & healthy eating? Win/win, Vic. I love a good watermelon. Yum.
 
132.0 lbs.

Today I am having veggies and a boiled egg for dinner. Lunch is veggies. Breakfast is watermelon.
 
Tomorrow for lunch/dinner I’m having pork ribs, BBQ chicken tenders, cornbread, collards, and salad. I’m making the salad again. I already had all of the ingredients from last week. Going by my sis. Before I go I will eat veggies so I don’t overeat.
 
131.8 lbs.

Today I got rid of all the old cushions from my patio furniture. And replaced them. I hope pier one opens up again to get the outside stuff. Going to start spending time on my patio. The weather is so nice.

Drinking coffee with creamer and Splenda from Panera this morning. On my patio! I’m not eating until I’m by my sis. Going to have a diet soda first. Then transition to one glass of wine when everyone is there and looking.

I’m going to eat a lot of the salad and protein first. Then have a little of the carbs.
 
In addition to what I ate for lunch and dinner I had a piece of cake and a Seagrams. And a s’mores.

Tomorrow I’m thinking about getting up and going for a walk. Maybe!

By the end of June I want to reach 125 lbs. I’m planning on skipping breakfast. Then for lunch I will have veggies and a boiled egg. Dinner is veggies with string cheese.

I also plan on keeping this a no binging and no purging month. Want to keep that going.

I plan on having a breakfast sandwich from Panera on Saturday if I can stick with my plan for the week.

I don’t have any thing going on till Friday when I’m having carpet cleaning. Except every day going to visit my brother by my sis for about 4 hours. Other than that. Just resist my sis snacks by eating veggies before I go there.
