well i'm better now... that barry white sure helped.

i have similar problem with my feet. they start burning when i work out. i tried switching shoes, but it's my flat feet. of course they're flat when they're holding me...

you're born in october? me too. i'll be 29 in october. by then i'm sure you'll have no problems with your knees :)

Thank you for the compliments on the pictures, Lena! No, actually, the girls belong to one of the pharmacists I work with. She had me come do portraits for her. Eventually I'll get it updated with some pics of my hubby and the boys that I took at Christmas.
 
*Knees of a 50 yr old* Made me laugh...I have tendonitious in my right wrist, left ring finger hand my right elbow and my right knee is giving out on me, I feel like I am 50!!! My left hand doesnt function proporally with the tendionitous, I cant lift or grab or do normal things

Anyway just checkin up on ya...
 
For supper, before I came to work, I had a baked potato with fat free sour cream, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, and a little butter. And 1 cup of mixed lettuce, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, and 2 tbsp Light Done Right 3 Cheese Ranch dressing. And a mint Skinny Cow. Finished up the day with 5 (that's huge for me!) servings of fruits and veggies, and 1329 calories (goal range of 1310-1660). The baked potato was more calories than I would have liked for one meal, but since I slept through lunch, it was ok.

I think I did good. :)
 
i wish i could have some baked potatoes now :) but i can't. i decided i can have potatoes only once a week, and cooked. and i already had that yesterday :)

My weakness is mashed potates...YUMMMY!!! LOL...Sounds liek you did good and you must have if you are proud of yourself!!!
 
Yep, I did good yesterday.

Today, so far:

Breakfast:
1 Oscar Meyer 98% FF Turkey dog
1 regular bun
1.5 pkts catsup
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 apple

Snack:
1 serving light string cheese
1 orange

Lunch:
slept through

Supper:
1 salisbury steak with a little gravy
1 serving (2 oz) No Yolks Egg Noodles
2 cups of romaine lettuce (salad)
1/8 cup shredded cheese
1 tbsp BacO's
2 tbsp Light Done Right 3 Cheese Ranch

What is the world coming to? It's almost 10pm, and I'm gonna go to the gym! Gotta do something all night to keep from waking the hubby up. Stupid random day off in the middle of 4 graveyard days. If I go to sleep now, I'll never get any sleep tomorrow, so I'm just gonna try to stay up. Might go to one of the casino's after my workout, loose $40, grab some "breakfast." We'll see.

HAHA!!!! How awesome... Ya know what I do after I get done working out late at night? I uh, watch tv. Loads of fun there. :rolleyes:
What kind of graveyard job do you have? Is it at least something that makes your time go by fast? I work overnights 2 days a week... cakest(not QUITE sure thats a word) job EVER! I read, watch tv, yep. I like it, lol...
