OMG! I'm gonna have to go to the gym and and burn off like 80000000000000000000000000000000000000000 calories to make up for last night and this morning! And to think, I used to do this all the time! It's no wonder I topped out at 217!
I gave in and had a double cheeseburger on the way to the balloon thing last night. Then I had hot chocolate while there - I was freezing, even with 2 pairs of pants and 2 long shirts, a heavy coat, gloves, hat, and scarf on. Then we had frozen pizza when we were both home. I went over my calories, but stayed under 2000, so it shouldn't be too bad.
But this morning - UGH! I don't know what got into me! I don't know if it was the fact that we don't go to breakfast out very often anymore, or what, but dear god!
Large glass of chocolate milk.
Glass of water
2 pancakes with syrup and a little butter.
Some hashbrowns.
After estimating portion sizes, I'm already up to about 1400 calories and it's not even lunch time yet! But, thankfully, I'm not hungry for lunch, so I might just skip that. Or have something small, like an apple or something.
All that on top of skipping yesterday morning's normal gym time. Ugh. Guess I better get up and go now, huh?
