BTW, did I mention that that 1.8 mile/37 minute walk was done (comfortably!) in those size 14 jeans that were too snug to wear when I bought them on New Year's Eve??? YEEEHHHAAAWWWW! LOL. Sorry.

It just got the better of me. LOL :D

Ok, well, on the way to work I had McDonald's. I stayed under the max number of calories per Spark, even with the chicken nuggets and a few fries. And a regular coke. And it was ok. It wasn't as good as I expected it to be, but it was ok.

For Breakfast this morning I had a Santa Fe style Chicken Ceasar Salad - 320 calories.
Orange (45 cal)
Sugar Free, reduced calorie pudding (60 cal).
Plus about 6 cups of water while I was at work.

When I finally woke up this evening (didn't intend to sleep so late!):
Fat Free Turkey dog (40 cal)
Regular bun (120 cal)
1 slice cheddar cheese (114 cal)
catsup (9 cal)
100 cal nacho cheese dorities (100 cal)

So, it's 6pm and I'm up to 808 calories. :eek:

Might have to go have some icecream... :p
 
Oh, and I forgot! Those scrubs that I tried on a few pages ago and were still slightly snug but fit better and I could wear them to work? I was noticing today that I had to tie them a little tigher and there was more room in the thigh and waist, and they came all the way up where they were supposed to in the back!

I weighed in late last night, since I didn't get to do it Thursday morning. Down 1.5 lbs!
 
That is awesome Turtle!! Congrats on the loss!! You're going to have to shop for new scrubs in the very near future!

I've been at work about 2.5 hours now, and while it's been busy, so far it's been a good day. I feel good. Don't know why - didn't do anything out of the ordinary - but I'm not questioning it! I'll go to the gym tomorrow morning when I leave here, and be there for a couple of hours. Need to do laundry tomorrow, too. One of the girls at work wanted to pick up a shift, so I gave her my Monday morning shift. So now I get an actual 2 full days off for the weekend, instead of sleeping through most of Saturday and only having Sunday to get stuff done. Plan on spending quite a bit of time at the gym this weekend - just because I can! LOL.

I've only been in Vegas for 2 years. Spent the 12 or 13 before that in Texas. My parents and sister are in Texas at the moment. Well, my sister will stay there, but my parents might be moving.

Anyway, thanks everybody for the comments. They've helped a lot! They really have!

Not a lot of time right now, since I desperately need to get to work, especially since they just moved us to a new satellite pharmacy and I have no idea where any of my stuff is for making IV's but...

Been doing ok the last few days. Eaten *ok* (could have been better choices, but stayed in my calorie range) but really needed to get to the gym more. However, considering that I NEEDED the chance to sleep in and relax some, I think I'll forgive myself. Went to the gym yesterday, did 55 minutes of cardio stuff. Will go tomorrow morning, too, and Saturday. Then it's back to the regular schedule for me.

Thursday morning is weigh in!

You have to take care of yourself. If you think you need rest, then REST!!! Your body knows what it needs. :) Have a great day!
