Third Times a Charm?????

OH YEAH!!!!!!! Good night last night in the gym.
Ran for 30 min. then lifted weights working my back and biceps. Did 4 exercises, 3 sets each for each back and biceps.
Tonight will be LesMills BodyStep with the first of the two "spawn of the devil instructors"...... BRING IT ON MISS MICHELLE!!!!!! I'm ready for you....
 
Almost did it.... I did great staying with the trainer at BodyStep last night until we go to about the 35-40 min mark. Then I fell apart. I was done... She busted my ass out again!!!!
 
Awesome workout last night.
Ran 3 miles for 30 min then lifted weights for an hour. Worked on Chest and Triceps...
Super excited for tonight. Doing Les Mills BodyAttack with miss Sheila the second of the two spawns of the devil. I know she'll work my ass over...

GGH, I was gone for a few days and you have turned into a fat crushing, body building workout machine. Loving the +ve attitude. Good work!! Here's to another amazing week.

I went to our annual reunion with the girls I started training with in 1969 back in May. It was our 45th! We were talking about how we would come off the wards after sometimes a 12 hour shift. Have a shower and be at a party or in the pub within the hour... Mini skirts platform shoes and make up as thick as we could get it. Now, we are all ready for bed by 10pm and instead of a bottle of perfume on the bedside table we have indigestion tablets and reading glasses. None of us would get into a size 12 (USA10) again and, after the platform shoes not to mention the thigh high PVC boots, we were all wearing sensible shoes :rofl::

So... If you've got it flaunt it, because by 'ell it doesn't last forever

Way to go Amber
changed things up a little last night for me. I skipped the run and did straight weights and worked my ass off. Worked on back and biceps doing 4 exercises with 4 sets each for each muscle group.
Decided to change up the routine and run in the morning (which I didn't this morning due to not getting my ass out of bed), and then doing weights and classes in the evening depending on the day.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to drag my sorry butt out of bed to go run....

Got my ass kicked last night at BodyStep. But it was an awesome ass kicking. Loved every minute of it. But now I'm tired as hell and just as sore. I have absolutely no energy today. This is going to be a long day.
 
Soreness goes, pride remains ;) Hope the day got better later, just wanted to mention that reading your diary on saturday cranked up my motivation enough to rescue a week I´d considered "lost" already, so thanks.

Epsom salts, 3 good handfuls in a hot bath and stay in it for at least 8 minutes no longer than 10. It draws all the toxins out, but if you stay in too long you lose vital salts. I gave this advice to a patient once and I got as far as the 3 handfuls and he said 'Do I drink it all at once sister...?'

Well last week was a bust. I didn't get much of any workouts in mainly due to just plain out tired. Hoping this week will be better. Haven't lost any real weight lately. I'm wondering if it may be due to the lost/gain ratio (losing fat/gaining muscle). I'm just going to have to trust in myself and hope for the best.
I did however worked my ass off in the yard on Sat. Mowing, chopping out 3 tree stumps and weeded the garden. Talk about a workout. Bad side about it, is that I got myself a nice sunburn. That should be fun to deal with when I go to the gym this week.
