Hana, I'll definitely be trying a different route out! Thankfully it happened on the last short run on my streak, otherwise I would have had to change my routine in the middle of it.
LJ, I'm using the MyFitnessPal app to track right now. It syncs up with RunKeeper and my Vivosmart, so that's nice. I'm sure I downloaded Lose It in the past but I can't remember it....There are so many apps for everything, I could drive myself crazy trying to find out which one is the best for me!
Hi Cory! I totally agree, I just want to have a general idea of what I'm consuming. If I end up being obsessive I'm just going to give up altogether, and that's not going to help anything.
