Hello thank you for the much needed support, M2M,Changeforlife,
"B"! I didn't exersice today or eat right.
Breakfast Notta I was tired so I layed back down for 2 hours!
Lunch Taters w/ cheese and a grilled turkey sandwhich
Snack a bowl of honey bunches of oats with 2% milk
Dinner a frozen pizza 2 1/2 slices
Snack 1/2 peanut butter sand
No pop I drank water TOTAL CALORIES=1900
Thats the most I had in a while!
I wanted to show off how much my little guy has grown since his hospital picture.I saw Peq's lil cuitie pic of cousins baby and it made me wanna look at all my lil ones anyhoo here is "Hayden" 4-3-06 and current
