Tammy that Slimfast snack bar rocked!!! OMFG it was ssssoooo gooood!!! I gota be me some of those, they are better than the meal replacement bars, and those arent bad...pretty good actually for a meal replacement bar...anywya have a great day and thanx for sharing...it was so yuuuummy...is that what a butter finger tastes liek, i think I have been missing out !!!

Those things were crazy yummy! I'm afraid to buy any to have in the house - I'd go crazy!!!..lol. Hope you're surviving this nasty weather!! It was in the 60s yesterday, so nice and now it's cold again. I really don't care either way, I just wish it would make up it's mind!!!..lol. :)
 
Hello everyone, I am glad you all like those slimfast bars I fell
in love with them! I am so shopped out and tired I got NO sleep
lastnight.My little guy has no ear infections Yay but he does has
severe exama yuck very itchy and miserable.Other than that I am
not going to be on here long I need sleep.
Breakfast-egg in a bag with FF cheese 1 piece lowcalorie wheat toast
with low sugar jelly(180 cals)
Lunch-2 homade healthy turkey wraps(lettuce turkey FF cheese mustard)
(280 cals)
Dinner-1 chciken quesadilla on a sundreid tomatoe shell reduce fat cheese and sour cream(350 cals)
Snack 2 cornbread muffins(350 cals)
Besides running from store to store and hospital and kids all day thats all the exersice because I can't do it on NO sleep,Tammy:)
 
Thank you M2M, I really do need sleep and planning to hit the sack
around 10:30 thats early for me.Lol heres a picture I posted and you
can see the tiredness lol! Tammy:D
Oh I was actually to tired to apply makeup to lol.

Well I am doing great so far had me a lean cusine chciken
cub pinini sandwhich w/ extra mustard (320 cals) and a
giant weight watchers oreo ice cream bar(140 cals 3 fat)
I am having a weight watchers chciken fettuchini and 2 servings
of mixed veggies(390 cals)and my peanutbutter slimfast
bar for desert!(120 cals)!TOTAL CALS 970 I may have a spoonfull
of peanutbutter to up it another 100 cals!to 1070!
I am planning to walk my dog a few miles tonight it is actually
pretty out and not raining yipppeeeee! Tammy
Now I am off to do some Adkins research I am hungry all the time
and I heard this cures that problem and you melt the weighjt off
I just have to decide if it's worth giving up my peanutbutter and
lean cuisiens! Tammy:)

Hey Tammy..I just realized that I had very low cals yesterday...and I wasn't even trying. I've been trying to figure out something that I could eat on days that I have low cals that aren't just "Empty Calories" like sweets (haven't had any yet this week..pretty stoked) and I never even CONSIDERED Peanut butter..what a good idea! Thanks
 
Thanks you 2 and Dari it is a pain in the but with the
acema his belly and backs of his legs underarms forhead
scaltp is full of dry tiny bumps they make me itch looking at
them.But they said bathe him every otherday using dove
soap euserine or aquafir cream and this perscription cream.
So I hope with all that it goes away somewhat.Peanutbutter
has been my hungry pain killer lol I don't even need to put it on
anything just grab a spoonfull lol not a soup spoon but a teaspoon,

How you cope with everything I'll never know. I hope you'll draw some strength from the fact I think you're awesome :cool:

Hi Tammy! Maybe you'd feel less hungry if you ate more whole grains. I used to feel hungry all the time when I first started this...(I don't want to say diet cause I barly feel like I'm dieting anymore, more like) lifestyle and then I read somewhere (I think Fitness Magazine or Diabetic Living ) that eating whole grains fills you up faster and keeps you full because the whole grains take longer to digest then processed grains and there is no glucose spike, its more spread out over time and lasts longer so your not hungry in 30 minutes after eating. And the fiber doesn't hurt either...
 
Hey Tammy. I thought I was busy till I read your last few posts lol. How I'd cope with everything else in life if I had kids as well is beyond me!

Hope you're getting some well-deserved rest. :D x
