We are never going to see 200 again!!

Let's start a 190s club, and push each other towards our goal. It's nice when you can be neck and neck with someone and help motivate each other.

180s by January, are you ready??
 
Hey Tammy! All that yo yoing can't be good for you! But I know what you mean, I was stuck at that 208-211 for a while going back and forth. This am I'm down to 195 but thats because I went out drinking this weekend and I'm all dehydrated. I'm back on the water today though! Anywhoooo, keep the chin up and stay motivated, I KNOW you can break this plateau if anybody can, its you.
 
Heyas Iwan glad to see ya back missed ya! Yeah I have had
a rough few weeks but I am not a quitter! I want to enjoy my
summer for the 1st time swim parks amusement parks were planning
a disney trip in June I refuse to be a house hemit again!
Well here is my food for today,
Breakfast- SLEEP much needed
Lunch Lean cuisine chciken fettuchini
snack-weight watchers chochlate cake
dinner 1 piece roasted garlic chicken breast 2 serv mixed veggies 1 cup diet hot chochlate
snack fruit with fat free whipped cream
TOTAL CALORIES=1085
Planning to walk 2-3 miles if it gets to late eliptical for 20 minutes +80 situps:)
 
Ok I did 15 minutes of eliptical danced to some FERGALISIOUS lol!
I did 80 crunches.I still might get my walk in if hubby gets home
before the rain moves in.My exersice bike should be comeing any
day now I cant wait because looking back in my diary,besides
walking I was pretty obligated to the bike.
Ok here is a small rundown on some rules I set for myself.

#1 Eat breakfast
#2 Eat 2-4 servings of veggies and fruites
#3 I live off water so no problem
#4 No eating after 8pm weekdays 10 pm weekends
#5 Allow myself 2 slimfast or weightwatchers treats to keep from a sugar attack
 
Isn't Fergie great to dance too? I want her body, not that way though!! I'm doing my best to get there. Once, I saw Fergie in concert, around 10 years ago, she was in a girl band called Wild Orchid. She was prettier then, if you can believe it. Her face looks like it's been altered now, but at any rate, she still looks gorgeous.

Great job on setting up some rules for yourself!! I like your style.
 
Lol when I 1st saw her in a black eye peas video I thought she
was Carmen Electra cuz her hair was the same and simalar
built! She is pretty tho.Well I went on a walk for about 30 minutes
it's in the mid 40's beautiful X-mas lights everywhere it makes ya
feel life is gr8 at times:) ! Tammy
 
Hiya Tammy, I've been meaning to catch up with you for the past week and I'm finally here :) . You're doing so well and it's great you have a buddy in MJB who is at the same place on the path as you are - it should help you both along.

Really proud of you :cool: Keep up the good work & I promise it wont be as long before I drop in on you again this time ;)

Hey you thanx for your thoughful words in your card and the thoughtful treats...I havent tried the optima snack bars but I do eat the meal replacement bars, you are a sweetie and I am so glad to have met you through here...

No prob girlie I am more of a giver which isn't much
but those taste so gr8 I wanted you to see for yourself how they
are dead on a butterfinger,it's almost scary lol!
Well I am glad I met you 2 I don't have alot of support from my end
or just people don't seem to care about weight so I am glad I met alot of
you's on here so we all can succeed together :D Tammy

Where are you today? See how I am? I'm feeling sick, so I don't think I am going to work today. I knew putting up xmas lights in the dark cold night would get to me. wwwwaaahhh
