Well I lost 1 1/2 lbs! The problem to why I didn't lose as much as I wanted was I didn't hop back on the wagon until Monday and I only had a couple day's that I went walking.So my goal for next week is to have a cheat free weekend and step up the exersice to 5 days atleast!
I still feel good tho anytime you lose weight, you feel like you lost 10 lbs!!!
Breakfast I disected a frozen ham egg cheese mcgriddle I through away the ham looked yucky and gave my daughter a little less than 1/2 (130 cals)
Lunch a South Beach cheese pizza(320 cals)
Dinner--????

Ok I had to figure out what to eat for dinner so
I can post my foods.

SNACK-Slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1150
If I get hungry later 2 serv veggies(90 cals)latenight snack
