Good afternoon everyone,
Well I lost 1 1/2 lbs! The problem to why I didn't lose as much as I wanted was I didn't hop back on the wagon until Monday and I only had a couple day's that I went walking.So my goal for next week is to have a cheat free weekend and step up the exersice to 5 days atleast!
I still feel good tho anytime you lose weight, you feel like you lost 10 lbs!!!

Breakfast I disected a frozen ham egg cheese mcgriddle I through away the ham looked yucky and gave my daughter a little less than 1/2 (130 cals)

Lunch a South Beach cheese pizza(320 cals)

SNACK- mississippi mud pie WEight Watchers (160 cals)

Why hello there! Congrats on the weight loss! I'm so happy for you! Hope you accomplish your goal of a cheat free weekend! Yeah... when you loose the weight... it feels amazing! Hope you have a good day!

I can post my foods.

TOTAL CALS 1150

If I get hungry later 2 serv veggies(90 cals)latenight snack
TOTAL RECALCULATED 1280

Hello well my day finished off as plan! Was hard being out shopping
and seeing all the resteraunts all around me but I made it.
It is 11:13 now and I am starving!!!!!! But kitchen light is off and I refuse
to eat this late.I did go for a 2mile walk with my daughter and WInston,
I did 15 minutes of exersices earlier today which consists of 80 crunches
35 squats holding 5lb weights,I did some handweight exersices for my
arms I did the lye on my side and leg lift 25 per leg.
So overall I am pleased with today,LMAO only 1 more day I have to get through cuz looking back in my diary most of my cheat days occured on Friday and Saturday I would do awesome Sun-Thur...strange!

OK I had arbys today,a ham and cheese melt and a order of loaded potatoe bite(yuck I only ate 2 of these)and about 14 chcochlate covered pretzles so thats around (7OO cals)guestimating,I am reallty trying to watch the rest of my day because I don't want to totally blow my whole weeks work.

I went took 3 of my kids to a store where everything is a dollar and let them buy for family members whatever they wanted I thought it was cuite anyhoo I let on a empty tummy that was a problem!
I am planning on doing some dancing later for exersices! Have a great night everyone!

shake your booty kinda beat! Well I wrapped the rest of my presents
no more sitting up doing that on XMAS eve!
I will eat healthier tomorrow even tho I didn't go hog wild with my calories
my menue wasn't at all healthy plus a good walk is in store for tomorrow.

niapage, I can see how you are hooked on bingo. If I won what you did I would have been hooked. It's still like watching grass grow & I don't do that. For having not such a good day eating you did pretty darn good.

Good afternoon all,
I feel really good today! I All though
I didn't eat breakfast I grabbed a 90 calorie special K bar and
me and winston hit the floodwall and I did my 3 mile walk already
early insteas of late :) !
I felt really good after that it took me 45 minutes to do 3 miles with my
doggy of course.
Breakfast- Notta
Lunch special k bar(90 cals) 2 chicken soft tacos on 50 calorie wheat tortillas with reduced sour cream Fat free cheese a tad of pepper jack cheese(350 cals)
Snack-1 giant oreo wight watchers ice cream on stick(140 cals)
Dinner-2 servings mixed veggies(90 cals)1 lean cuisine chicken dressing
and whipped potatoes(250 cals)
Snack- 1 sm apple with peanutbutter(190 cals)
TOTAL CAlORIES=1100:D
I am going to do 80 crunshes and some inner thigh and
arm exersices.Tammy:)
