Lol my willpower isn't bad bad what I could use is a hot blood
transfusion:p ! No ice yet just mushy leaves! I just freeze no matter
what I wear,I mean my jaws literaly chatter uncontrolabe!

I'm one of those lucky people with high powered internal heaters, so my hands are almost always warm. My partner uses me to keep her warm in winter :) I think it will change a bit when I lose some of my extra insulation, though!

Do you wear tight fitting thermal tops (the type that goes under your clothes, and creates a thermal layer against your skin)? I have a couple of these, and they are amazingly warm despite being quite thin - too warm to wear if I'm exerting myself.

Plus, you can turn out the lights, rub your hands up and down them really fast, and get a lightning display! It looks really cool, something to do with the synthetics generating a lot of static electricity.

Wow! Tucking your pants into your socks looks bad but it could stop that airflow! I have a hard time picturing that sort of cold, with the heat outside at the moment. I was going to walk home tonight, but it has become very VERY sunny, and I left my hat at home. Unless I leave very late to avoid the sun, I will be driving home.

Other than serious mountaineering gear, I don't know how you would keep warm enough :) Maybe strapping hot water bottles to yourself? :D

Ohappy!! I didn't do a whole lot today I did have to visit the hospital
and take lil sis to the doctors for itchy bump's.
I walked my doggy for about 1/2 hour and it wasn't that cold for a
change.My eating was blah like always I didn't do bad calorie wise but
I didn't make 100% healthy decisions like I used to!
Ok here goes nothing....
Breakfast -- slimfast chcohlate royal shake (190 calories 6 fat)
Lunch--- fried potaoes fried in Fat Free cooking spray w/cheese ketchup(210 cals 9 fat)
SNACK----- Candy(300 cals 14 fat)<---poor decision
Dinner----- 1 turkey and cheese grilled with FF butter spray lite mayo(250 cals 11 fat)
Snack Peanutbutter sandwhich(190 cals 8 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES=1140 BAD CALORIES
I noticed besides the slimfast shake I had no veggies or fruites I will fix that!
I ate bad but didn't go overboard on the calories so my weigh in should be ok

Well glad your back I will definatley be stopping by and saying howdy!

Ok as for my day I gotta take my mom to the hospital at 4pm to meet
with the hospital social worker who is going to help her file for disability
and a medical card for my stepdad,He was the insurance carrier.
So hoping all that goes well. I haven't been eating right but I have been
exersicing even though I know 1 doesn't work without the other.
Breakfast-slimfast muffin(140 cals 6 fat)
Lunch - turkey sandwhich lite mayo and fried potaoes and cheese(535 cals 16 fat)
Dinner?

I think it is great that you keep exercising, that's still probably keeping you from gaining.

I need to adopt that attitude, instead of cheating then neglecting the exercise too.

We should pick out our swimsuits for motivation. haha

Mike, hey long time no see I am glad your doing fine and thanks
for visiting you found a special gal and busy busy at work while
maintaining a healthy lifstyle that doesn't qualify you as a "bastard"!
I am trying but failing alot like I said once I get past these 2 difficult weeks
I will be 100% strict no cheat days exersice 5-6 days a week lots
of the healthy food added back in.I still wake up each day and say ok
today is the day then something comes up!

Tammy I know just how you feel! All this Christmas stuff and parties and shopping and all the great food that is displayed!!!!:mad: So hard to stay on track. In 2 weeks it'll be about over and the New Year will be here and it WILL get better! You hang in there and if you'll turn your head just a bit you will see me hanging with you!! LOL:)
 
Tammy, even though you're not doing so great, you're still doing great because your documenting what's going on, you're still exercising, and your still counting your calories. You'll get back on track, this is just a momentary delay. :)
