Hello everybody! Wella another no cheat day even tho the
day isn't quite over yet but I have been pretty positive as far
as losing weight is concered!
My stepdad still not in good shape.Oh I woke up and decided to
hop on the scale and it said 191 but doesn't count till Friday,I am
hoping 190 by Friday the I will be pretty close to where I left off
at last(188)!
I all of the sudden have high hopes and goal's again,I don't know
where it came from but I am glad I feel this way.
Well here is my menue for today I am kind of low on claories but
I will bring them up more tomorrow.
