Heya's Ohappy,Yeah much better day,I tell ya I feel so much
better when I am staying away from the bad foods more energetic
and I don't feel as fat and bloated weird how 1 day makes a differnce!
MY MENUE
I woke up had me a Slim fast strawberry Optima shake(185 cals 5 fat)
that was breakfast I had a Lean cuisine chicken club pinni sandwhich
(320 cals 9 fat) for lunch weight watchers strawberry cheesecake
(150 cals 4 fat)snack and Lean cusine lasagna w/2 mini chicken patties
(280 cals 8 fat) 2 servings mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)Special K protien
bar chcolate and peanutter(110 cals 1.5 fat)
I am not sure what kind of exersices to do depends on weather Imight
