Just read your 5 facts, damn girl you must have had a magnet on you somewhere when you were young...you got hit by a lot of cars. If I were you I'd be scared to death of cars!

Lol thank you and that is 1 of my biggest fears with my
kids they are not to go nowhere near a street!

Ok everyone not proud of it but I am going to admit it!
All this cgeating with food I have done and the not
exersicing like I did starting out has taken a toll on my
weight and physically and mentaly.I have decided tickers
should go up when the scale does so looky everyone at the
damage I have done.After seeing that I did 100 situps skipped
1 of the snacks I put down and decided to start a cheat free
daily log to keep track of the days I go without putting the bad
stuff in my mouth.
I threw out thos candies I had got rid of the pie and the peanutbutter
fudge I am totally comitted and ready again.I restocked my freezer and
my cabnet(my lil healthy 1)with healthy food.I can do this and I am not
going to let bad foods take it's toll another day.
This explains why I have been tired eating unhealthy for over 2 weeks.
Ok got it off my chest can't wait for dec challange and the nekkie
under the tree I can still do,the Nov challange however is shot tho.Tammy

Well T2 that would put me at 6 lbs! But the weekends I ate late
and bad bad foods I didn't exersice hardly at all matter of fact I
couldn't remember a couple days I had put down and never did!
I really started to fail and didn't care,but I swear the tired sluggish
feeling and trying close on and not likeing what I saw plus the evil
scale really opened my eyes for the 100th time!I am really ready to
try for that 2nd goal of 175! My 1st was to get under 200!

Nice quote Ohappy I will repeat that to myself thanks for being there
for me you to T2! You 2 have came a long way and I like to hear what
you have to say even if ya need to get brutal lol!Tammy

Look at what you have accomplished so far.. just look.... You are not 255 anymore are you... NO!

Admission is the fist step in overcoming...I did the same thing just a few weeks ago... Sounds like you are getting back on the bike and ready to go again. Good for you!!!!!!!!!!

but was giving permission to be lol!:p I am ok now this time for sure
like T2 said 6 lbs is very painful and the latenights with no exersiceing is
horrible! I learned and now moving on to much brighter day's it's going
to be hard of course but well worth it.

I see almost everyone on here kicking butt and dropping sizes and I
want to be one of those people again.Have a good 1 everyone and

Heya's Ohappy,Yeah much better day,I tell ya I feel so much
better when I am staying away from the bad foods more energetic
and I don't feel as fat and bloated weird how 1 day makes a differnce!
MY MENUE
I woke up had me a Slim fast strawberry Optima shake(185 cals 5 fat)
that was breakfast I had a Lean cuisine chicken club pinni sandwhich
(320 cals 9 fat) for lunch weight watchers strawberry cheesecake
(150 cals 4 fat)snack and Lean cusine lasagna w/2 mini chicken patties
(280 cals 8 fat) 2 servings mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)Special K protien
bar chcolate and peanutter(110 cals 1.5 fat)
I am not sure what kind of exersices to do depends on weather Imight
try to walk if not indoor things again,Tammy:)

stan for the 1st time it is hard to visit everyones diary. Well so
far I am doing gr8 just had dinner leancusine and veggies and
I am getting ready to go to target to get a Xmas gify for father
N law me and my aunt came up with a cool gift ideal for him cuz
he is 1 of those that have everything and ya never know what to get!
Well have a gr8 night Tammmy:)
